Flor was very professional and provided quality service. It was a bit pricey, but it was a deep cleaning after a remodel, and they did a superb job cleaning everything in the bathrooms (bath, shower, walls, floors, inside cabinets, etc.). I'm glad I had her come out!

Flor and her helper did a wonderful job! They were fast and thorough. I would definitely request her services again.

They did a wonderful job on my apartment. Pricey, but worth it.

First of all Flora came to my house we did a walk through, then she came up with a price of $995 ( which is absurd). When I said too much she lowered it to $795, when I said too much she then lowered it to $695, I still said too hight then she lowered it to $595, which is still very high I thought. Finally, I agreed but she told me that she was not going to be able to clean my refrigerator or inside of my oven, which again I thought was absurd because it is a part of deep cleaning. Now lets get to the cleaning: shower doors half-cleaned dirty at the top in both bathrooms, she did not clean the mirrors on my closet doors, she used my bono to clean my wood floors which I told her to mop them. She pointed out that she cleaned my coffee pot but when I went to make coffee the next morning the grinder still had old coffee in it, when I mentioned it to her, she told me that she does not clean grinders. She did not vacuum behind my night stands nor did she more any furniture to vacuum or mop. I think this lady is a rip off and she over charges people for a deep cleaning, which in my opinion if NOT a deep cleaning. I will never Ever use her again. I do not know how in the world she got vetted with Angi's List.

Flora and her team did a tremendous job cleaning our apartment. In spite of our best efforts to keep the place clean ourselves, she always manages to find things we missed! She is punctual, friendly and takes her work seriously. It’s a blessing to have someone we trust in our home. She does a great job and we’ll continue to use her in the future.

Flor has been working for us for the last couple of years and has done a great job. She is always willing to work around our schedule. She gave great advise on what supplies to maintain the office when she was not in our office. We run a fabric/furniture business and she is always cautious of the supplies she uses on anything we want cleaned. Her team is extremely professional and friendly.

Flor was pleasant and professional through out my experience: from my initial call for an estimate to the final walk through after her team finished the cleaning.  She was very flexible with my time constraints- I needed cleaning to happen painfully early in the morning (6 am) and she made it happen.  Before her team started we walked through the entire house and came to an agreement on what would be covered in this cleaning (almost everything) and what wasn't (window cleaning).  What we paid was a little pricey  in comparison to what we paying in our old (smaller) place but totally worth it considering that she bought her own supplies and did a heavy duty cleaning on an empty house that hadn't been lived in in 4 months. <br /> I would (and probably will) call Flor again to handle house cleaning on regular bi-monthly basis going forward!  I was very happy with the service! <br />

I can't rave enough about Flor and her crew.  My boyfriend essentially never cleaned his apartment for 20 years.  The man does laundry regularly and has meticulous personal hygience, but can't see any benefit in apt. cleaning.  So, you get the picture - filthy.  Before moving, he hired Flor in the hope of not losing his entire deposit. from buidling managment. <br /> Flor visited the apartment in advance to determine not only price, but how many people she'd need.  Her team arrived on time and was highly professional.  They were self-directed and didn't ask what he wanted cleaned - they did EVERYTHING, right down to the inside of the oven and microwave.  Every surface and crevice was scrubbed, the terrace swept, every cabinet wiped, every inch of carpet vacuumed.  I thought the bathrooms would need to be gutted, but Flor's team made them sparkle... seriously, I almost needed sunglasses when they were done.  It was a super-human task, but they did it and in less than 6 hours.  Unlike my boyfriend, I'm very picky about my living space being clean, and I would have moved into that apt. imediately without hestitation.  Flor's work is SPECTACULAR! <br />

Most of the details are above, but I just have to say that she really went the extra mile in all of this work, and everything I say is truly an understatement!  She truly made the place look and feel brand new.  My house completely organized, so now all I have to do is prioritize what I want and don't want to keep in terms of "stuff that I have." <br /> Do not walk to the phone to give her a call...run to the phone!  It's pricey, sure, but you do get what you pay for, and much much more!  I am a very satisfied customer who will also "run to the phone" to give her a call in the future. <br /> Excellent work, Flor! <br />

Flor and her team did an extremely thorough job of cleaning an 1100 sq ft condo that was quite dirty. My husband said "it looked like it did when we moved in." Flor has a friendly personality and happily accommodated my day/time request (late morning on a Saturday). She would be my first call when needing a professional clean in the future. <br />

Flor was very responsive when i called her and made an appointment to come by the next morning. She showed up on time and got right to work. The place was spotless from the front door, to the top of the fridge to the inside of the lower cabinets in the bathroom. Very thorough and her people seemed genuinely happy and hard working. I'd definitely use her and her team again. <br />

The work was excellent.  The service was very professional.  The communication was great.  I have had several other housecleaning people and experiences.  Flor's service was refreshingly professional and  well-worth the money.  I will call them again. <br />

The detailed scope of work will not be revealed until the first day of hire. I was told that sliding doors wil only be cleaned periodically. I have six sliding doors in my house. I was told only one will be cleaned per visit. The blinds were not cleaned even it was discussed that it is part of their service. Partial floors were cleaned. Tiled floors were mopped but not vacuumed. The hard floors were vacuumed but not mopped. They say they alternate it every visit. This particular thing rwas not disclosed at the time of estimate. I was told outright that they need to spend only 2hrs in my house to make profit. I believe that is a reason why the aforementioned were not done. I was told also that in the event that we take vacation, we have to either leave the keys to them or have them make up the service. In short, cancellation is not an option. We take months vacation in the summer. Sometimes even up to 2 months. I could not just give the keys to my house to a stranger for that long period of time and seeing theirvwork now, I would think less work will be done when homeowners are not present. They have to take care of their profit don't they? <br />I have a regular maid cleaning service from a reputable company. I just wanted to try somebody out for a change. However twith my recent experience I would gladly go back to them. This company charges $128 for a bi-weekly cleaning and they do the same work plus more. With $3 more, I get a systematic cleaning with my blinds clean each time they come , all my floors mopped and vacuumed each time they come and all my sliding doors cleaned inside and outside each time they come. This company performs all these work for only 2hrs too. <br /> <br />FCCs did the work for 3hrs for $125 but left the house un-spic and span. They left the house in a state that I feel that I need to hire another group to clean up what they did not do. <br /> <br />I was told I had a bargain already because they stayed 3 hrs for only $125. <br /> <br />As for professionalism, I find it odd to have contractors parked all the way in your driveway. I think it's a good business image if onecwas to park on the curb rather than occupying the owner's driveway and parking space. I do not have a problem with this but I'm just saying because it does not look professional. <br /> <br />They left with our mutual agreement that they are not the right fit for my needs <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Just a note to future employers, be sure to get detailed scope of work at the time of estimate so there would be no surprises. <br />

I thought the price was going to be lower after our phone conversation. I was very surprised by the price when she was done. I would get in writing the exact prices and services next time from her as it seemed to change from the phone conversation to when she actually cleaned the condo. There was a lot of confusion about her rates. <br />

A joy to work with. Quick, professional, excellent service. More expensive than our last house cleaner, but proves you get what you pay for.  <br />

Flor came in with her helper and CLEANED our house.  They arrived on time with everything they needed, worked hard for 6 hours (the house was very very dirty) and left us with a gorgeously clean and fresh smelling home.  She is a sweet woman who just loves to clean.  Her service is not cheap, but it is excellent and worth every penny.

Excellent work and a great personality went into cleaning a two-bedroom, two bath unit. <br />
