"2012 we did a blower door audit- 2014 we get a bad review with nothing on it.. in 2012 we a signed customer satisfaction sheet from the member giving us straight A grades I have no idea if she woke up mad at the world or we did something wrong. Her answers are just bad grades. As a business owner, how can I fix this. May be I get all the old bad reports because I no longer pay for Angie's list?"

"Service was done 2 years ago, you responded to one visit with A and B grades now its all F grades. Not much I can do 2 years later. Why would Angie's List be recycling customers from 2 years ago??? Here was your response to other visits: The first time they came out it was good, the second time it was horrible. There were no additional charges the first time, that one was good. The guy was professional and did a very thorough job. He did a lot of things, very nice and explained everything he was doing in detail. He didn't try to up-sell us or anything so everything was working just fine. I would use them again based on my first experience. I show us cleaning your system 3 times and replacing your old thermostat with a new programmable 7 day thermostat. That retails for 299.00 You spent a total of 110.00 for 3 services and a new thermostat. I can’t do anything for you now, its 2 years later."
