I hired this guy named Vince to do the irrigation for a house I purchased in Florida when I was still out of state. I told him I did not need the irrigation all over the backyard as I was going to put down pet turf. He installed sprinkler heads where I did not need them, and told me that my dogs feet would probably be burned from the pet turf when it became hot. As far as I am concerned, the guy was a jerk who did not listen to what the job entailed. I did have to pay someone else to remove the sprinkler heads before installing the pet turf.

"Irrigation had already been installed the day before she decided to install the pet turf. She ended up capping off about 12 pop-ups. She had already paid me and then decided she wanted me to give the entire amount of money back for the backyard installation, even though a good amount of the money for installation was for trees and shrubs. She was quite crude and profane in her language towards me. Everyone should be very leery of doing business with this lady."

Came and diagnosed the problem as a tripped reset for my well pump. Sprinklers worked for a few minutes, I paid him for his visit, then the pumped stopped working. He then referred me out to a guy with a horrendous personality issue who did not show up for four days. When I tried to get back to Fl Irri-Gators he would not return my phone calls.

They showed up w/o letting me know. I had asked for a text. When discussing features about the controller, he mentioned phone interaction but after installed told me that was $100 more. He would not show up after work to discuss project, I had to take time off. I would say --know your stuff-- before dealing with them. I feel they did a good job and quickly installed, just did not care for the impersonal interaction and misleading sales. I would hire them again. FYI.

"Ron M., Sorry for any confusion. We tried to accommodate your schedule as much as possible. We discussed we would start work Monday, if we could, and we showed up on Monday. Also, WiFi was discussed when we went through the clock demonstration. We met after hours between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m., to which you agreed upon, to discuss the proposal, . I demonstrated the zones and clock around 6:00 p.m., to which our normal business hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. The dates/times were all agreed upon by you and I was not informed of any inconveniences on your part"
