The project was run very good and I was informed of all the steps needed and where we stood on approvals and switch on date with Duke. This was the best project management that I have experienced on this level. Matt was responsive at all times for questions and we had a lot! He made us feel as if we were his only client…

Wanting to add more solar I was lucky enough to hooked up with Matt Mishler a very knowledgeable sales representative. Matt reviewed my last 12 months electric bills and was able to recommend a system that has eliminated my electric bill. Matt was a little aggressive on the installation timeframe but was there for me every step of the way as we addressed any unforeseen delays. Matt was always there when I had questions or concerns and was very responsive. End result I have the system I wanted and it's functioning properly. I would diffidently use Matt again if I need to in the future.

The panels have been installed, but not hooked up with FPL yet. Matt was absolutely amazing in all of his explanations of what was going to happen, and how it was going to happen. He was very confident and knowledgeable. I have contacted him a number of times And have always gotten an immediate response. He is totally the best.

The overall experience was wonderful. Our sales representative Matt was great from start to currently. Everything from his initial consultation to the education of the process, different products and benefits and what to expect has been spot on. He is still checking in with us throughout every step of the process. The process has been moving a lot faster than estimated and the communication through the client portal has been amazing! We are looking to be up and running by June. I would recommend Affordable Solar to friends and family!

The entire process went very well. I was kept abreast of every step leading to the installation of our solar panels and the actual - throwing the switch to be completely solar powered. Florida Solar Power Initiative in conjunction with Affordable Solar & Air were totally on top of getting us up and running. Everyone one I interacted with through this process was professional, very well informed and on top of the entire process. The only negative was the slowness of Lakeland Electric to replace our meter to a solar meter. It took them 2 months. We’re up and running and generating an awesome amount of electrical power. Great job to the whole FSPI and Affordable Solar teams. Very highly recommend them.
