Mr Flowers was timely and very professional,great personality that matched his furniture installation skills,he showed up on time,installed the ceiling storage rack,and helped me load containers,which further increased my confidence of its securing to the ceiling and ability of rack to hold 550 pounds.He did an amazing job!
