He went right to the outside meter bracket and closely examined it. he had no hesitation in reaching his decision. There was no cost because there was not the normal service involved.

Their services straightened up my drain and completely fixed my problem without having to dig up my floor. He used a jet wash high pressure water spray wash that cleaned out the interior drain. He also sent a camera down the sewer line to check and see the rest of the drain. In addition, he gave me the advice on what to do with the sewer line and I thought that was nice of him to do that.

Our water heater was not able to start the heating and it is within the warranty. A technician Mr. Dan Bauer from Flow-rite plumbing came by to inspect the water heater. The technician gave a very brief inspection, then concluded that we need to replace the control valves and drain out all the water from the Water Heater, which he mentioned it could cost around $500. He essentially did nothing to check the parts he suspected to have a problem. When we asked technician to send us a quote to explain the repair of parts, he initially agreed to send it to us, but was unable to provide such a quote. We then have to ask a plumber from another company to check, who immediately fixed the water heater problem within 5 minutes by adjusting the thermo coupler of the water heater. The technician from Flow-rite plumbing did not provide adequate service for us. We are strongly dissatisfied his unprofessional plumbing skills. This company is very greedy for more money. The problem of our water heater was so obvious that any professional plumber working with water heater to figure out in a few minutes. We request the refund for the fee we paid him, the technician from Flow-rite plumbing refused. We believe the Flow-rite plumbing is the worst company we ever encountered and will not hire anyone from this company forever.

"I am the owner and operator of flow-rite Plumbing and the technician who was at your house and the person who would not refund you 79.00 for service that was provided. We came out and diagnosed the problem as you stated and charged accordingly for the service call. Mrs. Member said that you had been without hot water for quite a few days. Mr. Member said our cost was too expensive and you would do something else. I left paid for my service call and diagnosis of the problem. Then you emailed me a day and a half later saying that you wanted me to see about getting the parts. I called the water heater company and asked for parts availability. One day later you stated that another company ( NO NAME GIVEN) had repaired it in just a few minutes that you wanted your money back! NO EXPLANATION of what they did to fix in "a few minutes", No Name. NOT very believable. I may not be correct with every diagnosis I ever have made because I'm human. You threatened to write a bad review and tell everyone and here it is. NOT A PROBLEM. I explained all this to you in an email where you said " that if I did not refund your money it would only bring me Bad luck. So Far so Good! While I welcome all reviews GOOD, BAD or INDIFFERENT, I have learned that bad business is always going to be Bad Business. I will pass your name on to other plumbing companies in our circle of relations so they are not as misfortunate to have your Business. Companies have a list of people with whom they will not perform work for various reasons. Believe it. You have made ours. Thank You, Dan Bauer"

The install was ok, but leaked afterwards. The level of responsiveness was non existent. Called 4 times, left 4 messages, no return call ever. First appointment was miscommunication, so when they called to say they were on the way I rescheduled, which they said was fine. On the time for the reappointment they never showed, never called, nothing. So I called, no response. So then I just rescheduled online, then they came out. Then I called to complain about the new faucet leaking, no response. Never again. <br />

It went great. I purchased $100 of service thru Angie's List for 75 so my final outlay was $75. Provider cleaned drain and was very careful regarding keeping things clean and not making a mess. I will use this company again. This was my 2nd experience and I am very happy.
