After installation, smoke started to fill the room. The owner couldnt figure out what went wrong but took out the old parts. Work still not complete.

Terrible, never did the work and they have not returned my down payment of $2500. I am very upset. I can't contact anyone with the three numbers I have. All are not available and mailboxes are full. I was told twice they sent a check but never received it.

Maintenance check for a gas fireplace in a house I had just moved in this past summer. He was a little late, but 1) He said ahead of time it was an hour and 45 minute ride, 2) they called with plenty of notice to say he was running late. His price was outstanding, and he said ahead of time it's cheaper if you pay cash so I was prepared. He didn't try to make up anything to jack up the price, and he gave useful advice.

Unbelievable great service. Came out on Christmas Eve and repaired a leak that would of forced me to cancel a current rental. Will be using for more work and highly recommend.

Kenny was fantastic!!!! Very responsive, punctual and BEST pricing. (Trust me, I called many other companies) I have had major roof and chimney issues from a “bad” roofing job that I couldn’t get anyone to fix. Kenny came out right away, assessed the situation. Kenny and his crew spent a day trying different fixes. To make it a short story, he fixed the leaking roof and chimney and our home is finally back to normal. Thank you Kenny!!!!l
