Jimmy showed up on time and knocked the work out. He gave me some tips on how to maintain my own pipes so that I wouldn't have to call a plumber for simple stuff. I highly recommend him and would use him again.

Excellent. Left message at office. Jimmy was able to come same day. He inspected food disposal and explained the leak. We ok'ed replacing the disposal. He left to buy new one at Fluvanna Ace Hardware, Returned promptly, and installed new one. Duration of service about 1 1/2 hours (including trip to Ace!) All Local-- NICE--especially during this pandemic!! Supporting local businesses-- YES!! Jimmy was polite, professional, worn a mask & removed shoes before entering home, efficient, thorough, quiet and left everything dry and clean. His price was right on! Honestly, we will hire him again. Definitely!!

I called on Friday morning and left a message. Within an hour they called back and Jimmy got me into the schedule before day's end. Knowing that I was home with my children with my injury, he got an opening in the schedule and just showed up early, which was appreciated. It was a quick and easy repair, but he charged a fair rate (less than his competitors) and did quality work for us in a pinch. I highly recommend Fluvanna Plumbing and plan to use them again for my needs.

AWESOME. We have been in the Charlottesville area for about 10 years, and have gone through many plumbers searching for someone we can rely on and trust. After making a handful of calls when our garbage disposal in our new house started leaking from the bottom, I was so discouraged by the really bad customer service out there and was hesitant to call the large companies because of their cost to fix. I wanted to give up, and then I actually got a call back from Fluvanna Plumbing and it completely turned my day around! Excellent customer service - Sheila took a long time on the phone to talk with me about their business and our situation, and what some solutions might be. She was able to make an appointment for the next day. Jimmy came out and was fast, courteous and very professional. I can't say enough how grateful we are to have found a company we look forward to working with again. If we need an upgrade or a fix, we will be calling Fluvanna Plumbing.

Imagine a contractor doing what he/she promised to do! Well that is Fluvanna Plumbing big time! My Water heater died. The HVAC company that put it in when my house was built said they wouldn't touch it and that I needed to call a plumber. Who would I call? I checked Angie'r List and much to my surprise there was Fluvanna Plumbing, right in my area. They have an A rating and have many, many glowing reviews on how well they do their job! I didn't even know they existed. So I called them late in the afternoon and talked to Sheila. She said she would check with Jimmy to see how soon he could take a look at it. She called me back and said 9:00 am the next morning. Perfect for me. Jimmy showed up on time, checked my heater and gave it it's last rites. Jimmy said if his supplier has a new one, he would get it after his next job and be back this afternoon to install it. Jimmy kept me posted and came back in the afternoon and installed the heater. He did a great installation, left the basement clean and hauled away the old heater. I KNOW who I will call the next time I have a plumbing issue! Great job Fluvanna Plumbing! Thank you!

Very informative, without a hard sell. Clearly knows his stuff. <br />

Jimmy came out on time and fixed what I needed.  His rates are reasonable and he does good work.  It took him a couple of tries to get the drain unstopped, but he got it done! <br />
