I have been in the HVAC industry for 16 years, and I take pride in being professional, honest, and straightforward with homeowners. From the initial consultation, Jim Dineen was professional and knowledgeable, clearly understanding his work. He provided transparent information about costs and maintained good communication throughout the project, including updates regarding the town's permit process for my deck. The quality of the work performed is excellent. The crew that came out clearly take pride in there work. (Roofing and siding replaced). During the project, two issues arose: a large crack in my ceiling drywall and a nail that punctured a wire in the wall. From my experience in construction, I understand that unforeseen issues can occur. What is most important to me is the company's follow-up and commitment to addressing and resolving these problems. Although these matters are not yet fully resolved, plans are in place, and I am confident the repairs will be completed within a reasonable timeframe. The project finished in the timeframe provided. The hold up on the deck is related to permit issues with the town, which was related mostly to me not having necessary paperwork they required. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work completed and my interactions with Jim, he is a true professional. I would highly recommend FLX to others.
