They were prompt, and finished the job quickly, and cleaned up the job site well. Francisco was very accomodating, seemed to know what I wanted!

They were here at the time they said they would be here. Very friendly and nice. I LOVE my new sidewalk. It was done exactly how I wanted. He got the curve I wanted just exactly right. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Francisco Maya was very polite and gave us a competitive bid. There was a slight language barrier but not enough to make much of a difference in communicating. Francisco said he would be at the house to extend our front porch at 8am. He arrived about 8:20. I was okay with that. He was polite, courteous, hard working, and detail oriented. He made sure we were satisfied with the finished product and did a great job cleaning up. We plan to extend a sidewalk soon and will be calling him to do that work as well.

FMC Construction was eager to do the job. Followed through with a bid quickly, which we discussed and several days later called and set up a meeting to discuss our final plans. Fransciso came on the day he said he would, did the job beautifully, and cleaned up afterwards. We plan on using him again and have shared his card with other folks. We are very pleased with the work.

We were given an estimate based on our requirements. I did expect it to go up a little as the plan turned to reality. However, I did not expect it to go up to thrice as much! Also despite asking for a written contract numerous times, we weren't given one. That is a must. The language barrier may have caused some communication problems there. He said he would clean up the excess concrete that oozed out of the forms but didn't. Ideally, he should have dug into the ground, placed the forms and then poured the concrete instead of building the form on top of the yard. Now the pads are so high that I need to pour new soil nd grass to level things

Very quick, very friendly, in and out but did good work and left the site in good condition.

Francisco did a great job. The inspector also commented on how nice it was. He matched an existing pebbled surface and cleaned up evertthing when leaving. He is a very likeable person as well. I would (and will) definately recommend him for any concrete work.

Came right over and we agreed on a price without a lot of back and forth. The work was performed in one day, on time, on budget. No surprises. This was a small job (< $1000) but the quality was very good and the construction techniques were solid - very highly recommended.

We were very happy with the work performed by Francisco Maya & co. (concrete garage floor poured over existing one to raise level). He gave a us a very good price, did the job a a short notice, and was very courteous and accommodating. Did a good job, too!

They finished early on their original project timeline, cleaned up the work site and did a fantastic job. Their crew was efficient, friendly and very hard working and the boss/owner was right there working with them the entire time.

Francisco and his crew did a great job w/adding to our existing patio. We had our patio extended from a small 8x8 patio to @20x30. In addition to this we had the height of our patio lifted so that we no longer have to step down when we go onto the patio. The job was completed in @3 days. Good Job!

Francisco was very professional and gave pretty good time and on target $ estimates. They worked really hard in the height of the heat and stayed as late as necessary to get the job done. He and his crew did a great job!

They did everything on schedule, below budget and accommodated every my wish. Very hard working crew, good clean up after the messy job was finished. Tiny problem at first to communicate on the phone, none when they were around. Would love to work with them again.

FMC installed a 6 x 6 concrete slab foundation for a garden shed I am building myself from a kit. They arrived about an hour later than scheduled, but called to tell me so. The work was started and completed quickly (in 1 day) and the finished slab looks great. It is level, square and the correct dimensions. The site was left clean and they were very courteous. I&apos;d definitely hire them again and recommend them for similar projects. I found their pricing to be reasonable as well.

Fransisco knows concrete! Him and his crew worked hard and finished the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves after finishing. The patio extension turned out beautifully! I would recommend Fransisco to anyone. He said he also does landscaping.

FMC Construction did an excellent job of repairing and refinishing the cement skirting on my older pier-and-beam home. They removed the damaged grid and cement and replaced it with good quality materials. The completed work looks very clean and smooth, resulting in a very finished appearance. I&apos;d recommend them for similar work in anyone&apos;s home.
