I love this company. This is my second year having them clean out my sewer line, and they will get my business year after year. Everyone is personable and expert at what they do. <br />

The person who answered the phone was courteous and professional as was Mike. Mike didn't use unneeded cameras. There was no upsell, no cross sell like the big companies always put you through. Plus, his company is only blocks away. Will use again in a heartbeat. <br />

I'm surprised Fand M does not have more reviews - they are a good and reliable company, they have been around for quite a while, and they should be on your radar if you live in Pasadena. My experience: We initially called Fand M for an emergency leak on a weekend. We couldn't get hold of my usual plumber so we called Fand M, as they do all the work for our condo association and know the building. They answered the phone immediately and were able to send Clayton out by the end of the day. He fixed the leak, quickly, and even caught another leak that was hardly apparent. Not expensive. He was very matter of fact and efficient. Have called them to fix a few things several times since, most recently to reset a toilet. It took a bit longer than we thought it would - but the price was reasonable, Leon did a nice job. My husband and I had some questions about the project afterwards, and Kevin was super helpful and patient in explaining what they did and why. <br /> <br />They also did water remediation for our neighbor. She was very pleased with the results. <br /> <br />The office/answering service is polite and helpful. <br /> <br />FMCo is now our first call whenever I need plumbing work (hopefully not too often!) <br />

The service is excellent and the price is always right. They do what they say they are going to do when they say that they are going to do it. They never leave a mess in my home. I would absolutely call them back out in the future.

He also works for my condo association. We have been using his services for the last four years now. I like that they know their job well, and they do not leave a mess when they are done. They have very reasonable price and they go the extra mile for their customers.

Very well. F and M has been very responsive when we need them. I called them again today for a toilet problem and they were there within 2 hours. The toilet is fixed.

I would him them again if there was an emergency, but I would rather shop around a little more next time, as they had to come back a second time. I felt like they should have done the job right the first time, but they ended up doing a good job.

I was very pleased. They answered all my questions and were happy to show me the broken/cracked items etc. Never had the feeling they were leading me on and I'm pretty good at figuring that out. Really nice. Careful to contain the mess. Will call them the next time I need a plumber.

IF I HAD TO CALL TODAY, I WOULD CALL THEM RIGHT AWAY. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE CAME RIGHT AWAY, AND HE HAD THE PARTS I NEEDED. HE DROVE FROM PALM DALE TO THE VALLEY FOR ME.
