Started 3 months late, worked in the dark freezing temps. Poor job, did not give discount agreed upon, put 3 holes through to our ceiling when removing vents. Left shingles, trach and over 100 nails in yard which caused pain. Roof now leaks. Tried to Arbitrate through BBB and they sued us in small claims court. We settled because the attorney stated it would go against on our credit rating even if we won.

Because of the noise we were not here but we were told a day & a half. We came back the 2nd afternoon & it was done. Everthing was cleaned up in the yard. Sue came back in a few days to see if we had any questions.
