My wife and I purchased a home in South Yarmouth that needed windows, siding, and front door. We contacted several local contractors as well as a national company for estimates and found FNL's bid to be very competitive. Owner Fabiano De Mattos and his carpenter were onsite for the bid and were very detailed and we felt confident choosing his company. They started on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Like any project this size ( 1800 sq ft ranch, new cedar shakes on 3 sides and James Hardie planks on the front as well as new windows and a therma tru entry door) we had several questions along the way. Fabiano was always available and answered all of our questions immediately. His crew worked long hours, were neat and very polite. He never asked for more money and the results were fantastic. First, came on time for the job. Completed the work in a timely manner and did professional carpentry work. Then cleaned up the job site perfectly. I believe they are exceptional and priced the project honestly and fairly.
