The job was done very professionally and within budget. It was a great experience working from the salespeople and the installers. I would recommend them to everyone.

They sent a tech with little experience by himself and no supplies, he had to leave our house 3 times to go shopping for parts and made many phone calls. At the end of day two they sent his trainer to help. They were there until 9:00 p.m. and they used two types of trim molding on the shower and thru away my wooden trim moldings they removed and never replaced. There was caulk everywhere and the shower leaked into the basement. We called to complain and was told it would be taken care of and we asked for someone with knowledge to come out. They did and replaced the shower moldings and my wood trim and fixed the caulk and cleaned up. He also fixed the leak in the basement they had put in parts upside down and the water was draining uphill .They had also gotten a rubber adhesive all over my drywall. For all of our troubles we were told we would get a gift card to go out to dinner. That was weeks ago and it never arrived. This was supposed to be a reputable company with good reviews. I think they must have paid someone for them.

Windows look wonderful! The team was professional and clean during the install and after. I think The best part is not heating the outside! I didn’t realize how drafty my 20 year old windows were. Great job Focal Point

I absolutely love my new windows...the workers were efficient and completed on expected time...cleaned up afterwards as well....highly recommend....workers were very nice and polite.

I highly recommend this company! Needed my front door replaced as well as a few windows. The workers were friendly and professional. This company has great communication and awesome pricing!

Cancelled contract one day and the next day he said we had to pay $550 for a restocking fee for items he had ordered the night before. Less than 24 hours and we were charged a restocking fee??? Provided a phoney looking receipt with no address as proof. HAHAHA!!

The whole process was completed ahead of schedule and Tim was very knowledgeable and professional. Very happy with the job.
