Both owners have been in the Pest Control Industry 27 years and are actively involved in our company’s day-to-day activities with our clients. Before establishing their own business, our owners ran international, multi-million dollar companies for several years. Fogle pest control came out to our house recently and this time we had the pleasure of meeting another pest technician. Phil was awesome. It was raining and cold and he didn't skip a step dealt with this pest (me) very well, even had a sense of humor and was conscientious of covid precautions. We thank you Tim and Phil.

The initial work was not completed and had to be called back. They scheduled the next time too late from what I was told and did not state when they were returning. Therefore they could not get inside spraying done.

Did not go well. They've come out four times so far, it's been a week, and the squirrel is still able to get into our attic. The first day they said they'd be there between 8am-noon, but didn't show up till about 12:45. Had to take the whole day off from work. They came and put a one-way door on the entry way which looks like a broken gutter. Another guy went into the attic and just sprayed a pheromone spray. But no one will tell us what the chemical is and we have a toddler in the house. They didn't leave a trap in case the squirrel came back. Squirrel was back that night. They came back after the weekend and put a mesh screen at the new entry point which is right above the door they installed. This day, we had to take another day off of work. Squirrel was back that night. They came out again the next day and put another blockage at the entry point to the side of the door they initially installed. The squirrel was back that night. Called them to come out a fourth time. I haven't heard back from anyone. The office keeps telling me someone will get back to me, but now no one is getting back to me. The last thing the service guy said was "You can't predict what wildlife will do." Thanks, that makes me feel so much better. Do not go with these people. They'll waste your time and money.

Was pleasantly surprised with my interaction with Fogle Pest. I called at 10am to request an estimate to remove a wasp's nest that was inside the siding of my house. Fogle had a representative out by 2pm to diagnose a treatment. By 4pm, the exterminator was there and had treated the nest. The treatment worked fairly well but 2 weeks later, we had some straggler wasps, who were clearly not in good shape, hanging around. Called back and they scheduled someone to come back out for no additional charge to hit the wasp again, which took care of the problem entirely. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and friendly. Prices were reasonable and while they offered an ongoing service contract, they were not pushy about signing up for it. Hopefully won't need to but I will definitely use them again for my pest control needs.

I hired them for monthly treatments for a few years. They came out and put down bait stations and mouse traps. They told me they could not find any holes where mice could possibly be accessing my home since it is a solid brick construction. I had another company come out after paying them for over two years monthly and the other company found 6 holes which they caulked, put down different poison in the bait station and put 14 traps in the area where Fogle only though 4 were necessary. I have not had any more problems since hiring another company. Also, they checked my closets monthly and it was rare they would find any issues. When the other company came out, they found two traps which had obviously been there for many months without being checked because they only had skeletons left near the trap. I don't understand how Fogle did not check these areas when they came out monthly.

They returned four separate times after the first treatment and billed us each time. We called them on four or five separate occasions to tell them to discontinue service but they kept coming back. Each time we called customer service always we were told they never had a notation on our record to discontinue service.

I bought a $79 Fogle coupon through Angies List which, as far as I could tell from the services listed within the coupon, would cover the cost of all I needed. A Fogle rep arrived at the time we arranged, looked around my home and garden, made a sketch and noted on it the areas that needed treating and what creatures they would be treating for. It quickly changed from the coupon covering this service to me having to pay a further $175. The consultation was free, the $175 was to cover the actual spraying, baiting and trap setting which was to happen on a date that we scheduled. Future visits would be an additional $59. I should have argued the point because everything that was recommended be carried out on my first visit was listed in the coupon I bought in advance. I was so desperate to be rid of the squirrel that I just wrote a cheque and signed the agreement. I have to say that the guy, Michael, who comes each month to check on us is superb. He calls ahead of time to make sure it's convenient, gives me an up-date on what's happening in the attic, and, now that the noises have stopped, he has put a baited trap that I provided up in the attic for me, just in case we have another intruder up there. We have had the service for three months but I will be calling to cancel next month as we are feeling confident that the critters are gone. We have had to stop putting seeds and food out for the birds, which saddens me, but it's a small price to pay for a quiet, squirrel free attic.

Went VERY well. <br /> I called them on Monday. They came out that day and did the inspection and appraisal. The work began on Tuesday (day 1) at 7am. <br /> They returned Wednesday (day 2) to finish the job. By Wednesday afternoon you would not have known they were there. <br /> The workers knew exactly what needed to be done from putting down all protective coverings and taping up the protective sheeting before starting the work, to the final cleanup. They did not hesitate to ask me for a okay on anything they thought needed my attention and/or okay before they could continue. All personnel were courteous and very pleasant. <br /> Both the inspectors and the workers would take picture during the different stages of remediation and review them with me. <br />

Provider was hired to conduct a termite/pest inspection on a property. We were told we would have a full report the same day of inspection. That was over a week ago and several calls into business. I still have not received the report as of today and need it for my mortgage lender. This business is unprofessional and has terrible customer service. Avoid at all cost!

I was very thankful for their quick response to inspect my home for problems. The inspector was very thorough and informative, he inspected the entire house interior and exterior. He looked up in the attic. He explained everything along the way and answered all my questions. He also went ahead and treated the most needed areas. The very next day the exterminator was able to come and identify the entry point. I feel confident they will do a great job and I will continue to use them. <br />

It went very well, he spent a few hours walking through the home, and inspecting and figuring out the best game plane. When he returned for the follow up visit 3+ mice were removed! <br /> <br /> <br />
