Anthony did his initial assessment of the rugs & explained everything in detail that was necessary to remove all the waves & wrinkles. He did an excellent job. The carpet looks brand new. He returned all the furniture to its original location & cleaned up any evidence that he had been so hard at work making the carpet look perfect!

We wanted an economical floor covering to get the house ready for sale. He ruled out options that were unsuitable, due to the great irregularity of the floor surface, told us where we could buy good and economical carpet and gave us measurements for the two pieces we needed to buy. When we had it, he picked up the carpet for us and installed it in a perfectly satisfactory way over two days. No complaints; only praise.

Called me quickly. I sent some pictures on Tuesday and he was here on Thursday. We decided to have it done and in 3 hours our carpet no longer had rolls in it. He moved the furniture which is super heavy. He is very personable and we would highly recommend him.

Anthony came into an already tense situation since I had a contractor bail mid project on me. Anthony was very upfront, thorough and put me at ease giving me confidence in his ability to get the job done. Anthony not only is a very skilled installer, he is a very personable and friendly guy so made the experience a pleasure. When there were challenges within the installation he made sure he vetted with me and we agreed to a plan to solve the problem. He is a very good with coming up with solutions. We first met Anthony when he came to troubleshoot laminate flooring work done by another company. While the experience with the other company left us a bit rattled, Anthony’s professional manner and experienced skill set put us at ease, and he fixed the issues. After he fixed the laminate issues, we showed him our carpeting on the 2nd floor. While it was in decent condition, it had rippled. Rather than try to upsell us to get all new carpet, Anthony stretched and reattached it, and all the ripples disappeared. When we have the budget to replace the carpet, we will definitely give him a call. Finally, we had another flooring issue unrelated to anything he or the other company had worked on, and we called Anthony to come for a consultation because we trusted his expertise on all things floor related. He is a knowledgeable, no nonsense Pittsburgh native whom we really like working with. We would recommend others meet with him to discuss their flooring needs.
