Out of six bids for a large residential Driveway/RV pad, a large colored/stamped/sealed patio, and a basement walkout. Kiesha’s prices were the best by a good margin. I am very detailed oriented, so I made sure the quote and contract contained ALL of my expectations. I was also present for the work everyday to both ask questions and to answer questions. This helped to avoid miscommunication/misunderstanding issues a couple of times. This is important for all contractors in my opinion. Based on the other reviews, I would suggest you do the same no matter what contractor you use. Kiesha’s sons and brother finished the job a few days early (quoted as a two week job). I asked for a change order mid way through, which they gave a fair price on. No one is perfect so here are my only suggestions for how they can improve. Visual quality of the work performed is 4 stars, and clean up after the job is 4 stars. For the low price they gave me, this is not a problem. Despite these shortcomings, the value they provided was by far the best deal! All other aspects of my experience was 5 stars!!! They are all very nice people, and I was happy to give them business.

I used Foketi for the footings and foundation, and the ICF walls of a small office I had built in my backyard. The crew worked really hard, even in the snow (see photos) to get the job done. They stuck to their bid price which is saying a lot considering this was done March 2022-April where costs were going up each day, and contractors were in short supply. While we had some moments where communication wasn't smooth, they were honest and worked hard to get the job done. If you are needing ICF construction, and there are few in Salt Lake right now, I would make sure to give Foketi Construction a call.

The pad was fine, they did a good job, however there was some repair work that needed to be done to one of the edges. They told me that they would come back in a few days and do the repairs but never showed. I messaged the owner who assured me that they would come back within a few days and do the repairs but again, they never showed. No call or messaged. We repeated this 7 times over the course of a month, each time with them not showing up and not contacting me to say they would not be coming. Finally, I have just given up and decided to leave this review as a warning to others, make sure you do pay until the job is finished.

This company is absolutely the best company I have dealt with in a long time! They show up when they say they will be here and on time. They had a big job to do at our house. We needed part of our driveway and. our sidewalk removed and replaced. They got the job done in the amount of time they quoted us and every single person that worked at our place was so respectful and knowledgeable in what needed to be done. I have referred them to my family for work. They honestly are one of the best out there with workmanship and price. The owner even stopped by after about a month to make sure we were still happy. Awesome people and Awesome Work!!

It went great. I got 3 quotes and they had the best price, quickest turnaround and offered several other services I took advantage of while they were here. I’m very happy with the work and I would recommend Foketi Construction.

They did an excellent job and there was a lot of prep work which was necessary. They were on time, were thorough, charged a great price, were very reliable and were very knowledgeable. They listened to everything I said and I would highly recommend them. I would definitely hire them again.
