Lee and his associates were very professional and timely. everything looked absolutely beautiful. They redid the tile in the bathroom shower and tub area. I highly recommend them for any floor or wall tile work. I will definitely call them for any future work as well. they not only get 5 stars but an A+ as well.

Absolutely spectacular! I was thrilled with the level of service from start to finish. Lee inadvertently inspired me to do the floor of my dreams and they got it done within 2 days! Amazing service from start to finish. I had a very difficult flooring project, and Lee went above and beyond to get it done right. He stopped by my home numerous times to problem-solve and figure out the best way to repair my floors, and when issues came up, he fully committed to finding a solution instead of cutting corners. The work was done quickly and efficiently, the quality was excellent, and they somehow left my place cleaner than when they arrived. Truly trustworthy, professional, and detail-oriented. I would 110% recommend Lee and his company — super great job all around.

We contracted Footprints (DMV branch) for a kitchen floor and backsplash. They did very good work at a reasonable price and were easy to work with, with an up-to-date method of scheduling and keeping in contact that was far better than other contractors we contacted. The lead tile installer (David) was highly skilled and did a very neat job including in some awkward corners. We also appreciated franchise owner Lee Becker coming by the job every day to make sure things were going well. We'll happily use them again.

The owner, Lee, stayed in touch and answered promptly when I had questions. He was easy to work with.The crew was outstanding -on time, hardworking. I loved the fact that they sanded a section of the floor several days before the work was to begin and put down a variety of stains to help me choose the one I preferred. I was impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of Footprints. I highly recommend them.

Lee Becker on two occasions was involved in repairing my engineered hardwood which was damaged by a water leak. His expertise in the process to repair the wood was right on the mark. His guidance in helping me select a match for the wood that needed to be replaced was perfect. Lee is a gentleman, knowledgeable, professional and very thoughtful in getting back in responding to calls.

They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me throughout the project.
