I hired Footprints Floors to install click-lock flooring in my condo. While the flooring installation itself was completed, the aftermath created significant problems that were not addressed professionally. Issues encountered: Heavy dust layer left throughout the entire unit, requiring deep cleaning of all surfaces, linens, and towels Carpet embedded with plastic shards requiring multiple cleanings, plus new staining on brand-new carpet Kitchen garbage can left filthy after being used for debris disposal Garage pallet partially destroyed and left in the middle of the floor Missing paint bucket, with the lid placed paint-side-down on a rolled area rug Missing kitchen towel Kitchen door mechanism damaged - no longer closes properly When I raised these concerns with documentation and photos, I was directed to review the fine print of the contract.

They are very helpful with finding what is right for the type of job you are asking them to do . The man who came to do the actual work was , very good at what he does . And very friendly. We are happy with the finished product .

The owner of the company came and did the estimate, and his crew was able to instal on a Saturday. Superb experience all around.

Tom looked at the room to be tiled and in addition to taking measurements he made several suggestions for a top quality job. The estimator from the big box store only took the measurements.
