Erwin and Mary and the Footprints crew were fantastic! From the initial walk through estimate to daily progress check-ins, they were fantastic. The quality and craftsmanship were top notch. We couldn’t wait to recommend them to everyone on our court and can’t wait to have them come back to do another property! 10/10 would recommend. They even dealt with our flush-mount air vents in the floor and they came out amazing.

I hired Footprints to sand and finish my pinewood floors in one of my rental houses. Erwin's bid was the most competitive I received. The floors were pretty beat up. Footprints did a great job. The floors look like new. They got me scheduled surprisingly quickly. They showed up on time and finished when they said they would and at the price they quoted. I am very pleased and will use them again.

I highly recommend Footprints Floors. They installed new LVP in my living room, hallway and two bedrooms. It came out beautiful! The crew did a fantastic job! And the process of working with Erwin was seamless. He’s very knowledgeable, communicative, collaborative, and flexible. My project was in his good hands to coordinate and oversee from start to finish. I also had a tile replacement job in my bathroom and Footprints was the only company I even considered. That work was done with great care (different crew/person). I believe that no matter what your flooring job is, you will be very happy with the high quality of customer service and work expertise from Footprints Floors.

Excellent experience - Erwin communicated well both during the booking and the job itself. He was onsite at least twice during the job. The two guys who did the job itself showed up on the day we were booked and on time. They were extremely hard-working (worked until 7 PM both of the first two nights). The job (refinishing an older red oak floor, repairing and refinishing a newer hickory floor) was completely done in just three days. Both floors look amazing. We couldn't be happier with the end result.

Footprints was able to find a stain that would mask the dog urine stains on our hardwood floor. They were on time to start the job, professional, and did a beautiful job.

Did a great job, floors came out great.Were very accommodating when we had to reschedule several times. My only quibble was that at the very end there were a lot of handprints on doorknobs, etc. Would recommend them though
