I recently hired Force Construction to remodel my laundry room to include pantry shelves. It was a small area and they did a great job giving me lots of storage and room to move around. They were quick to respond and come out to give me a quote and got to work as soon as I hired them. They were very easy to work with, professional and very responsive to me. As is common with projects once you get started problems arise and they worked with me to solve them, they paid attention to details making sure I was happy every step of the way. They were explaining clearly when a problem arose and what my options were respecting that I had a budget and giving me different options. The final results exceeded my expectations! I would definitely recommend them.

If we could give zero stars we would. We hired Force Construction for framing work and the experience was extremely disappointing. The framing they completed did not pass code inspection. The drop boxing in the ceiling was poorly done, and they never framed the windows even though that work was included in what we paid for. They also told us drywall had to be removed from the ceiling to do the framing. They removed some drywall, but then decided to drill through the remaining drywall instead, which made the earlier demolition unnecessary and cost us extra money. Communication was very difficult because the crew was not able to communicate with us in English. The quality of the work was also concerning ? many nails were not even fully driven into the concrete. Antonio, repeatedly complained about how far the project location was and said he wanted to finish quickly. Nayeli?s attitude is condescending. The work reflects that attitude and felt rushed and poorly done.

"Kyle, we were surprised by this review. During the project and after completion, no inspection concerns were ever communicated to us or requests made for us to return and review the work. If we had been contacted, we would have gladly revisited the project. Communication with Nayeli was primarily in writing and in English, and your wife also speaks Spanish. Concerns cannot be addressed if the contractor is never contacted. All work and communication are documented with photos and videos."
