Terrible!!! One man worked 15 days Then left for what I thought was gonna be the weekend. 2 9 22 Last day worked. 2 23 texted to see when work would resume no response.2 28 22 Text to See when work will resume Was told I needed to take care of the video walk through for the mortgage company even though I had added Them to the mortgage account so they can deal with themAs they assured me they had prior experience They finally said they would take care of it. March 7th Text it to see when work of resume no response March 14th texted to see We end work with resume Was told John Webb was coming that day to take pictures for the mortgage company And then they would Resume work. took pictures when I contacted the mortgage company they said they do not take pictures from anyone but their own people not from the construction company. March 17 Text asking When work resume no response. March 21st text when work would resume no response. March 25th Text when work would resume Was told they need to get the mortgage company straightened out Before they can Resume. Was told they submitted the Paper work twice Ask me to call them. March 28th text informing construction There was no physical address on the paperwork it had only been submitted once. Ask construction to resubmit the information Is with physical address was told they had already submitted it again and it takes 72 hours to post. By now I'm begging please put some floors in so I can move back into my house Phone call from shell asking for $2500 more to put down the floors 1st time they mentioned already spending $20000 and Me asking for Invoice. March 29th Text about resuming work asking for invoice and explaining no way they did $20000 worth of repair work in 3 weeks with one guy No response. March 31 text for invoice no response. April 1st text for invoice no response. April 5 text for invoice And ask about contact with mortgage No response. April 8 text for invoice no response. April 14th invoice from construction company Here's a picture tell me if this is legitimate
