Operating in Oakland, Lapeer, Macomb & Wayne counties, our staff takes pride in their work and treats your house as if it were their own. Foremost Home Improvements uses a "Project Manager" instead of a salesman like attitude, which means we're involved during the whole process from beginning to the end of the entire job, whatever it may be. Foremost looks to be different from all other companies by exhausting all options for our customers & spending more time with you if necessary. We promise a good experience on top of great results. After the job is completed & paid in full, Foremost Home Improvement will provide the homeowner with a Waiver of Lien to show them all suppliers & labor has been paid in full to ensure no future liens can be put on their homes! Exterior Trim - Repair
Contracted with Foremost Home Improvement. Job took an alternate path. Started OK. Painter sub-contractor took a lot of repeat visits to "get it right". Although I'm satisfied with the final job, now Foremost is unreachable and the painter is unpaid and threatening me with a lien. STAY AWAY from Foremost.

Metal Siding: Install or Completely Replace
They have refused to complete the job as specified!They will not return my phone calls.Of course I paid them in full before the job was completed, a big mistake. I am now trying to determine what recouse we have to get the job completed or our money back so we can get the job completed by someone else.

Foremost exceeded my expectations with this job. Although it was a fairly small job, I was treated as if I were their best customer. In addition, it only took about 48 hours from when I made the initial call to complete the project. The workmanship was first class, and I have had several neighbors comment on how good the porch looks now. -Thanks!

Matt was great to work with, very professional. Unfortunately they could not get the stains off of my brick, but were very professional in how they handled it. Since the staining won't come off, and I was happy with the service, I have asked ForeMost to provide a quote to paint the brick for me.

The quality of work is comparable to what I believe Ken would have done at his own home (or for a family member). We always have a picture in our mind of what a project should look like when it is finished. Often the outcome doesn't live up to our expectations. The price quote was about $200 less than the quote I got last year from other companies. They were quick and polite on a project that should of been done a couple years ago. The site could of been cleaned up a little better but other than that I'm happy with the results.

Highly recommend Fore-most. From meeting with the sales rep to coming home and never seeing a mess during the whole process. Even getting the job done with every request I had made and despite adverse weather, completed right when I was told it would be done. Any negatives were completely outweighed and /or made up for by being informed as to the situation. Great job! Will use again.

There is not a word in the dictionary to describe how great Foremost Home Improvement really is. If I had to choose one word though, it would be perfect!!!! I would never go with another home improvement company ever again. Everything all together was just unbelievable: price, friendliness, cooperativeness, communication, quality...You name it, it was there. They were even patient with us with no pressure. Referrals will definitely be on their way. Thanks so much.

The quality of the work was great- they did a nice job. The job was not completed within the timeframe that was given to me. I left on my honeymoon and my parents had to call several times to try to find out when the driveway was going to be repaired.

I did not end up using this company for the work, as it was already completed when I received the quotes, but the person I spoke with, Amanda, was pleasant and very helpful about how the quote would be handled and the services that would be provided. If I need home improvements in the future, this is the first company I will call.
