"The inspection fee was discussed prior to the appointment being scheduled. The quote given reflected the credit for the $50 inspection as discussed. As we discussed if I do not charge for the inspection and I do multiple inspections in a day and I'm not hired I am losing money. I have a business to operate therefore I must make money to remain in business for other clients."
