Forever Clean Gutters Chicago

Hired them to replace gutters and install oversized downspouts and put one gutter on a shed. They demolished gutters on a day that heavy thunderstorms were predicted. Torrential downpour occurred after they took off existing gutters so I had no gutters. Next day they installed new gutters but reg sized downspouts, not oversized and no gutter on shed. Showed up one hour late each day and on a third occasion never showed up. First rain after installation corner gutters above front porch leaked. Supposedly they've fixed that but was not around to verify the one time it rained. Still waiting for warranty info, which was supposed to be sent after cashing my check, which was a month ago. This should have been a one-day job. They've been here five times.

This company promises everything but does not answer the phones if you have a problem. They installed the leaf guards but when it rained, water flew over the guards and in my basement through a nearby window well. I called for a fix 5x and talked to the General Manager 2x but no response. Have filed a complaint with the IL Attorney General ad hope to get a fix or refund of almost $2K

Installation was done incorrectly. Since they installed the product wrong we have damage to our gutters and landscaping. Forever Clean will not fix it, so their lifetime warranty is crap. They also did not clean or align our gutters as they said they would.

Installation is OK but water runs over the screen and into basement through a nearby window well. Company offers lifetime, money back warranty but they do not answer the phones when you call. I am not the only one having a problem, there are numerous complaints on the web. I have called and left voice mails 5x, talked to the general manager 2x and was promised that the service manager will call but nothing. I have been trying to get the problem fixed for two weeks now to no avail so I have filed a complaint with the IL Attorney General office

From the time the Representative came to my home to the install, they were professional, knowledgeable, prompt and when they left you could not even tell they had been there. My gutter problem has been solved as well as my water issues around my home. I am 100% pleased. I would highly recommend this company.
