The work was slated to begin on a Friday morning and I received a call after noon that day that they would not be able to begin until Saturday. They showed up late Saturday morning and failed to complete the work that needed to be done as my neighbor was installing a fence. That project had to be held up because of the delay even though the business owner was made aware of the time sensitivity upon the initial contact and as agreed. In addition, the workers damaged my sprinkler pump plumbing and let without making me aware of the issue. Thankfully the pump did not burn up when the system auto started. They attempted to fix the system a few days later but did not complete the repair or let me know it was not completed and just left. The owner then asked me to handle it and send him a bill. I provided the bill to him and have yet to see any money from him. That was 17 days ago and I paid his invoice in full and in cash. He had his money so I'm sure I'll never see the reimbursement. The work was a day later than scheduled, the quality shoddy and the lack of ethics, common decency and accountability was appalling.

The crew got there early and were ready to go when the equipment arrived. They were very professional. Cleaned up and took everything way. I was impressed and would certainly call them next time I need work. A job well done!

The service was not the best, but I since had other people do tree work. The bill was more than $199. It was $400 to $500 for the whole job. They could have done a better job.

e The first set date to start service was a no show no call. But the price was good and let that go. The first day worked well, but took several weeks for the service to get finished, like a span of 4 weeks. On one occasion, the workers were returning from an earlier job and cleaned their filthy equipment in front of my house. There were a few incidents with next door neighbors in which the workers were disrespectful and rude. I know the woman who runs the business was never seen and once when I called her about the workers there, she told me not to watch them, they will do the job and I was causing them diress. I explained to the woman that I like to be present as much as possible when work is being done to ensure the work is safe and any problems can be handled then and I wouldn't come home to a mess. Well, the woman asked me if I ever worked and what was my age, which I thought was inappropriate <br /> The workers had to return several times to grind stump and left a plie of wood shavings at least two feet high and an area of 10 feet length x width. The women explained there was nowhere to dump the shavings unless I paid more. I am in good physical shape and had to rake out all the wood shavings after work and took at least a week. I had to spread the wood shavings in the front , back and neighbors took some for mulch to get the ile down enough to prevent bug infestation and mold/mildew and odors. After the wood shavings were cleared by me alone, the tree root and part of stump were not ground as written in agreement and had to call the woman again. The calls to get a response would take a week at times, because the woman who runs the business and would o.k. the workers to proceed, she would be out at sea and could not get any phone connection at times. The whole project was very unnerving and stressful to me. I strained my back several times cleaning up the mess, the tree removal and stump grind was too long a process due to , as my understanding, broken equipment or taking on too many jobs at one time. I can handle unprofessional and inconsistency with others, but if I were an older person, this would be have been a nightmare and affected their health. I would not recommend this company due to their lack of value of customer's time and not following through with agreement without constant badgering. I hope that someone that is not as strong and persistent as me does not have to deal with this company. <br />

It was going well until I had to leave for an appointment. When I returned home, the trimmers were gone I was not happy with the amount that was supposed to be cut from the tree. <br /> <ol> <li>We have called the company<em> <strong>numerous</strong></em> times and spoke to Kande. She told us that she would come over and look at the tree and then send their trimmers out. No calls from the company and workers have never shown up.</li> </ol> <br />

The whole experience went really well! I've had some troublesome interactions with other companies, so I was a bit anxious. No need to worry with this team! Kande was on time for the initial walk-through and listened to all of my requirements. We had a slightly longer wait for the services because the city was backed up on permit applications but once we got the permit, the work was done quickly and I am very satisfied. <br /> The yard is cleaned up of debris - i do have a slight mound of wood chips where the tree was but that will settle with the rain. (we don't want a hole after all!). The crew was courteous, friendly and professional. <br /> I will definitely keep this company coming back (I have a huge oak that will need maintenance cleaning through the years to keep it healthy and hurricane ready). <br /> Thanks Forever Green! <br />
