Forevergreen Tree & Property Maintenance

The tree was cut down and the stump was removed, which I am pleased with. However, while cutting the tree down, part of the tree hit a power line. When the power line was reconnected, it caused a power surge which destroyed the control board on my furnace, rendering it unusable. Also it destroyed my brand new garage door unit. Randy, the owner of the company was contacted by my son-in-law. Randy accepted responsibility and agreed to reimburse me for the damages. Randy stated that I would receive a check within 3 days, which never arrived. Randy will no longer accept or return calls from my Son in law or me.

My mother hired this company to remove a tree from her yard. They did cut the tree down and ground up the stump. That part, we are happy with. However, the crew arrived without necessary tools and had to borrow from a neighbor. They did not return what they borrowed, instead left in my mothers yard. While cutting the tree down, they hit and disconnected an electrical wire. When the wire was reconnected, it caused a power surge, which resulted in the control board on her furnace to fry, rendering her furnace unusable. The power surge also fried her garage door motor rendering it unusable. Randy, the owner of the company was contacted regarding the damages and apologized and stated that he would send my mother a check within three days to cover the damages. However, the check never arrived and Randy will no loner answer his phone or return calls. Randy also quoted my mother an astronomical price to remove the tree, then came down a bit to let my mother believe she was getting a deal. He took advantage of my elderly mother and way overcharged her for the job.

This company took advantage of my 78 year old mother. She needed a large tree taken down and removed. She went on Angi and found this company. She saw they had a 5 star rating and they were bonded and insured so she contacted them they came out and quoted her a price that was too high for her since she is on fixed income so they went down a little to make her feel like she was getting a deal. They showed up to do the job without the proper equipment and had to borrow things from the neighbor, which they did not return and left everything in my mothers yard for her to trip over! During the job they took out a powerline which prolonged the job and fried the wires to my mothers garage door and furnace. We contacted Randy (the owner) about these added expenses and he said he would drop off a check within 3 days. Needless to say he never dropped off a check and now will not return our calls. Please save yourself time and money and do not use this Company!!!

The guys with forever green tree & property maintenance removed a pine over our house They removed the stump wood debris and raked up the yard. Also, cleaned out my flower beds and laid new mulch. Very friendly hard working and professional.

For a group of younger men they were very professional, did what they said they were going to do, and enjoyed their work.

Couldn't have asked for a better service , all the men were professional, they were excellent in removing 2 large maples in my backyard . The clean up was spectacular, my yard looked better than it was before I'm so glad I chose this service thank you very much for all of your hard work, will recommend these men to all of family and friends

These young men went beyond to satisfy me . They took down 2 trees of mine and trimmed another 2 , everyone on the crew was very professional, they went above and beyond for me .would recommend these young men to anyone 10/10 Great jobs guys ,will have you back out for more work shortly thanks again James Riley

Randy the Owner was very knowledgeable and pointed out things to help improve my property. His crew was very quick to cut up and remove any and all debris for our property... Very Highly Recommend..
