He was very personable and clear about what I needed to get. He did a really good job. I asked him to look at something in my bathroom for potential future work, and he was very willing to try and help me cut costs wherever I could.

Floor looked good but he over charged us and blamed Angie's List for errors in the ad.
"Mr. [Member Name Removed] thank you for the review but you did not pay 500 dls. to me and I didn't mention Angie at any ocation or at any time . remember how your toilet had like an inch higher build up for some unknown reason then I busted my ass to level and make good job for you? For all that extra work I took the 80 dls. Reimbursement and didn't put Angie in the meaddle why? is no reason for it may the good Lord bless you and if you learn to tell the truth you shall inherit eternal life."

"Hi Mrs. [Member Name Removed] I like to thank you for your review. I also wanted to say that at times is hard to stick with the initial price since customer change product at times add or take out. And this was the case with you. Is like when you go shopping .You add what you want to the shopping cart and you spect to be charged for it. is that simple. As far as buying the materials .... Well we had agree that i would buy them but then you told me that you had changed your mind about that material and wanted to go to a tile shop. Plus custumers really have to buy their own tile this and that since i don't know their tile preferences. I help all I can . But i can only go so far since time is a concern. Thank you again ."

Franco & Barry did exceptional work. Franco helped us with additional design needs, did great work, handled some plumbing work at a competitive cost, and helped us identify secondary contractors for a glass enclosure. The glass enclosure installer even commented on how good the tile work was.
We can't wait to work with him again on other projects.
"[Member Name Removed] thank you for your review. I just want to say that you purchased a TUB deal for 999 when you had a shower . Shower deals were 1499 so you knew you had to pay the difference if you wanted the deal. And you did paid it . but I cut you a great deal by doing the plumbing absolutely free something that a plumbing company would've charged you at least 350 dls. Everything I did plumbing wise was a ... Kinda big issue. Hand held wand sprayer and new valves ..... You got the deal of the year. This member also received a $200 reimbursement for the tub deal. God Bless"

"Mr. [removed member name] I like to thank you for your positive review. Nevertheless like I said : the company is overwhelmed with Angie's customs that bought slower deals and couldn't detash for 1 day to do your kitchen splash which was a one day job that's why we did on Sunday which is a non working day . Am glad we got it done . Thank you"

Franco did an amazing job. He traveled all the way from Albemarle to Cornelius to perform the work that was a promotional deal through Angie's List. He performed the travertine mosaic kitchen backsplash work flawlessly and was very courteous. I recommend Franco for anyone needing tile work.

I purchased this company's Angie's List Deal in May, 2015. Franco responded very quickly following the purchase and called to schedule time to measure my kitchen for backsplash installation. I had a sample of the tile at that time, so he was able to provide a list of supplies needed (mastic, grout, etc.) I told him the tile was special order and I wasn't sure of when it would be in stock. Franco followed up regularaly to check the status. The tile was FINALLY delivered mid-July. Franco worked with me (he even offered to install on a Sunday! on an installation date. He arrived on July 27 promptly as promised at 9:00 a.m. and worked non-stop until 5:00 p.m. (didn't even take a break) to complete the job. The result is beautiful and I would strongly recommend Forever Showers Tile & Stone to anyone!
From start to finish everything went smoothly. Frank was very patient with me as I searched for the tile color I wanted. I kept him abreast of my progress locating the tile and once I was purchased I let him know the approximate delivery date. Once the tile was delivered, Frank and I coordinated the installation schedule via text, which worked perfectly. I purchased all requested materials ahead of time and had the bathroom clear and ready for his arrival. The morning of the installation, Frank texted me to let me know he was on his way, arriving as promised a few minutes after 8:00am.
He and his worker went right to work, breaking only for lunch. They laid down tarps to keep from soiling my carpets as they removed the toilet and mixed the thin set concrete and grout. Once the floor was down, he replaced the toilet rehung the door and wanted to vacuum floor (this I did not allow him to do, because I was going to do it later for the entire house). When he was finished Frank hosed off my porch, drive and yard where some grout and thin set concrete mix had spilled.
This morning I looked at my floor and I love it! The job turned out great. I have let Frank know that I will be calling him later this year for another tile project that I want done. He has advised me on how much tile I will need to purchase and I hope to start that project in early 2016.

Purchased an Angie's List deal with provider for 40sq ft of floor tiling (including materials and labor) , agreeing to pay extra for larger space. He gave me an estimate for the extra after measuring space. I get a text that he's ready to schedule, do I have the materials? Never hired a contractor who expected me to procure the materials for a job. How do I know what to order? He sends me a list and I order online for him to pick up. He finishes job. It does look good. He wants full amount he quoted plus $50 pick up fee for getting materials (This was never mentioned before). Make sure, if you do business with this individual that you get an itemized estimate and ask questions about every possible aspect of payment. The Angie's List deal included $80 materials allowance; but I had to order and pay for all materials. I've never gotten an estimate from a contractor that did not include material costs or estimation of costs. In the end, he waived the pick up fee, which was really nothing, when I was paying $680 more (price of materials) than I had been told the job would cost. I don't mind paying what I've agreed to; but I do mind nasty surprises at the end of a job.
"First, thank you for the feedback. I am sorry that you feel the way you do about our mutual agreement of your project.I charged you for 320 square feet of tile when you had over 365 square feet. We agreed on a price of $1.600 for 320 square feet which is 5 dollars a square foot. And for 5 dollars a square foot I removed the carpet , the padding, all the tack stripes of the living room. Of the kitchen I removed 2 player of linoleum and of the laundry room 1, 3/4 " plywood that was under washer& dryer . after I moved that plywood I learn that the floor underneath was rotten due to water leaks from washer. I had to fix that with cement then I hauled away debris and paid a fee for dumping the debris at the land fill . Most other installers would charge you $5 a square foot just to install the tile, so I hope that when considering the full cost of the job, that you are satisfied with the work that I performed for you. I felt like a went above and beyond to make sure that you were taken care of."

The installation of the back splash went extremely well. My parents used a different company to do their kitchen floor and master bath with bad results. When they saw the work Frank had done and how meticulous he was they were beyond happy. I went to my parents this past weekend and I can't say enough good things about the back splash work. Forever Tile and Stone did a beautiful job. They are punctual and very clear on the work that will be performed. Truly a professional. I would recommend their work to anyone.

Frank at Forever Showers Tile & Stone did an excellent job on my Kitchen Backsplash. He was very professional and offered his advice on design when requested. The final result was very beautiful and I am very happy with it. It really enhances our kitchen. I would recommend him and plan to have him do more work for us in the future.
Franco clearly has been doing this a long time, as he knows how important communication is between the provider of the service and the customer. He arrived within the time range he stated to take measurements and provide a list of supplies that I would need to purchase (i.e., 35 ft. of tile within certain size range, 1 - 32" threshold,1 bag of Thinset, 1 small bag of grout, 1 jumbo wax ring with bolts and 1 water supply line for the toilet). He thought that concrete was probably under my existing tile, since he had worked on a similar older home with plaster walls. After I selected my tiles and purchased my supplies, I called him to set up an appointment to do the work. I was pleasantly surprised that he was willing to start the work on that Sunday, which prevented me from having to be home during the week. He placed drop cloths from the entry way to the bathroom to protect my oak floors. He handled the challenge of a very rusty toilet base screw that was not turning even when WD-40 was applied well. He made a run to Lowe's to purchase a tool to cut the screw, so he could remove the toilet. He was correct about concrete being under the tiles, which saved me from having to purchase cement board and nails. He removed the old tiles being careful not to let the shards damage a refinished tub. I had an extra drop cloth we placed over the tub side. The concrete under the old tiles was uneven as can be expected in a 1945 year old house, but the tiles were laid level nonetheless with 1/8" grout lines. The tiled floor was laid in a clean straight pattern. He cut the tiles to go around a 3 ft. x 2 ft. vanity cabinet. And, cut a few notches out of the stone threshold, so it would fit nicely in the space. When he came back to grout the tiles and re-install the toilet, he was very aware if his shoes were dirty and insisted upon first washing them before coming into my house. The bathroom tile floor looks beautiful, blending the color of the existing shower tile with the wood floors in the hall. Franco is an experienced professional when it comes to tile installation. He is also friendly, respectful, reliable with high integrity. I definitely will hire him again for any tile or stone installation for kitchens, bathrooms or porches.
