Forever Windows

From the first meeting with Travis (sales) to the installation headed by Gabriel, Forever Windows made this a stress free transaction. The level of care and professionalism shown by the Installation team was better than anything we expected.

This is by far the most ethically-run, genuinely professional business I have EVER encountered in my 73 years. The owners and manager were amazingly kind to me when I was unable to afford to have new windows installed. Although my contract cancellation time had expired, they were willing to allow me to hold off on the work. In looking at other window companies, I encountered very sleazy, pushy salespeople, but the folks at Forever Windows offer the best product and have the best people working there. They did not try to push or manipulate me. (BEWARE of any business that gives you a price and then comes down on the price if you balk. If they don't give you their solid price up front, you can count on them to not be up front with you in other ways.) Forever Windows showed me their excellent product, gave me their price, and did not try to coerce me into anything. I could not have been more impressed. When I am financially able to install new windows, I won't bother calling any other company. Even if their prices are higher (and I found that they were right in line or slightly less than other companies I checked with), I will do business with Forever Windows. They are the absolute BEST, and I am so grateful for all the help, patience, and understanding they have given me! These folks exemplify what customer service is all about. I recommend them above and beyond all the rest!

Gabriel and his team did an awesome job on installing a total of 15 windows. The large front windows are west facing, so we're getting a lot of sun and heat bleed through the old windows. The finished product around the brick is awesome. The bedroom windows, which were encased in vinyl siding, are also amazing.I have never seen better craftsmanship and a very thorough clean up. Excellent product! I was hoping Forever Windows was part of the NC Energy Saver program so as to qualify for some rebates.

Forever Windows did such a great job on my windows and best of all the fact that I or anyone else that has my house will not have to buy windows again, that makes it worth the price. Thank you Forever Windows. Now when able I hope to have them fix my Eaves. They are such caring sweet GOD Loving people.
