We had a fantastic experience with copperhead Plumbing Michael and his helper arrived on time. They got to a diagnosis on the broken tank got it fixed right away ! we will definitely call Copperhead Plumbing again for any our next Plumbing needs.

This company was first rate. From the initial call to see about service and through installation. Perfect. Called late Saturday afternoon and the guy showed up here Monday morning to do work. Installation couldn’t have been smoother and was trouble free. The new water heater looks great and they updated all the features so I can meet current codes. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Michael was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. I’m literally just a girl 😂, so I really appreciated that he took the time to break down what was going on with my plumbing in a way that I could actually understand and explained my options for getting it resolved.
I ultimately needed a new water heater, but since it couldn’t be replaced the same day, Michael still went above and beyond to make sure my water pressure was fixed because it was dangerously high. I really appreciate all of his hard work, honesty, and willingness to help. I would definitely recommend Michael to anyone needing plumbing services!
