1. Failure to adhere to the agreed-upon timeline: The construction project is currently 39 days behind schedule. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, increased expenses (having to replace items twice because Forged by Nails Construction took them after the homeowner had purchased them) and disrupted our daily lives. Paid up front, Chad walked out before 1/3 of the project was complete. Kept my money and had ghosted me. 2. Substandard workmanship: The work completed by Forged by Nails Construction thus far does not meet the quality standards outlined in the contract. We have encountered multiple defects and deficiencies, which require immediate rectification to ensure compliance with the agreed-upon specifications (plumbing installation which resulted in inefficient wiring and electrical, leaked sewage onto floor; poor installation of tiled shower floor which has resulted in a dip prior to the drain prohibiting proper drainage; failure to provide proper crew delaying the Sheetrock Hanging and Finishing (which I assisted with to relieve some of the workload); failing to work the required hours and days to meet the deadline specified (often comes in half a day or not at all). We have had to hire additional crew because Chad walked out of the project. 3. Toxic environment Sheriffs Department has created a case.

Accommodating with the weather. They are professional, communicative and knowledgeable of how to solve the problem with our sinking front porch. The retaining wall looks great and helps with drainage so the porch won’t sink again

The job went very well. The guys stayed to do finishes I hadn’t thought of, like caulking and sweeping. They are extremely knowledgeable and talented with carpentry, they know building codes and how to deal with structural issues. When the job was over, they talked with me about additional projects we would like to get done. They gained our trust and we will be using them for all future projects big and small.

Showed up as scheduled, communicated the solution and completed as planned.

Everything was completed as agreed and actually better than expected. Chad and his team took pride in their work and did an exceptional job. I appreciated not only the kindness and respect but the honesty and workmanship they provided. I would certainly use them again.

Absolutely perfect flooring and installation. This company is very reliable, honest, and professional. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with our new flooring they installed in our home. They also installed the same flooring in our large closet and we just love the pattern placement too. And pricing is reasonable and they take pride in their work which you don’t find with many companies. Would highly recommend them.

Very knowledgeable about different types of carpet. Done a wonderful job. Arrived exactly when they said they would be there. Will have them do more work for me in the future! Very professional, dependable and super nice.
