We are pleased and would highly recommend. System can be viewed on several different systems. Staff is excellent from salesman, installers to office staff. Still learning how to use system.

Very well. They installed my original system a year and a half ago. Was very pleased with Jay and the installers. Had them back to add 2 more cameras. I like the cameras and the system they use. User friendly most of the time and available any time I need to see what is going on at my home.

Everything was very smooth and cameras were installed professionally. They even vacuumed up the small mess on my carpet even though I told them it was unnecessary. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend their services!

Fort Knox has done a tremendous job for our family. The Techs were polite and knowledgable, the work was estimated and they really worked with us on pricing to provide the highest quality security system for a good price. The safety of my children and our home is my first priority and the team at Fort Knox really made us feel that it was for them as well. Any question I had was answered and any concern addressed. Knowing that we have security cameras on the front of my home and can see anyone who comes to my door whether I am there or not is exactly the peace of mind I was looking for when contacting them. They have our secured not only home buy our business. I would gladly refer any one of my friends and family to them.

Great! At my request they installed a Ring2 doorbell but its limitations caused me to schedule Fort Knox to come back out and install camera#5. I LOVE the app too. They setup my security office in my large master bedroom closet and wired everything very professional and tidy. They even answered questions about our Smart TV and flash player. I am extremely satisfied with their work.

We first saw their (Fort Knox Security, Inc.) display at the Home Show at Tropicana Field in November - 2016. We were provided a handout, "Gift Certificate $849 value 'FREE' home / Business Security System" from Paul K. Sales Manager. Also on the so-called Gift Certificate were 13 items that are included, allegedly for free. The bait and switch began when Paul K arrived and sold us a bill of goods we thought were the same as that of the Certificate we had seen and expressed this point that we were interested in the FREE stuff on the so-called certificate.. We did not have the Certificate in our hands at the time of his estimate and ended up spending $1,200 plus $35.00 per month for monitoring for 2 years, additional $840, getting NOTHING FREE. This "Free" security system ended up costing us, $2,040. When I called Paul K. nine times regarding the issue and him not returning my calls, I finally called Daren H. who says he is the owner. He does the same thing. You call speak to him he will call you back. Never does. He told me several times after I called him again, and again, he was going to contact Jay K. the installer regarding my complaint of his business practice of "Bait and Switch" This cat and mouse game has gone on for 5 months. Still NO return calls from Darren H and not one call from Jay K. Buyer beware as to what they may try on you. If you ever need to speak to anyone of them on the phone, it is a "game of spin" throughout the conversation. They have "No sense of urgency.", hoping if they ignore you long enough you will go away. I tried one last time to contact Daren H by phone on 04.21.2017 got voicemail left another message. NO return call from him and still NO call from Jay K. There is so much more, but you get the gist of how they do business.

Nightmare. Extremely rude and disrespectful employees. Nearly impossible to get service for a continually malfunctioning system with recurring problem without having to pay them each time for the same issue. Please check BBB review before wasting your money.
