I hired Forty One Construction to update three bathrooms. Two completely and one just floor, toilet and electrical. From the first contact, Daniel was professional, accessible and very easy to work with. His crew were respectful, knowledgable and very good at their part of the larger project. Demolition, tile, electrical, plumbing and painting were completed in a timely manner with quality workmanship. Ariane communicated via text and was always responsive keeping me updated on the day to day progress. The job was completed in one month. I am very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to hire Forty One Construction again.

Forty One was the perfect choice for my husband and I as we looked to update our two dated circa-1987 bathrooms into the 21st century. From the first reach-out to the final visits, Daniel and Felipe and Ariane were easy to work with and very accommodating. Our vision for re-imagined spaces included unique choices and high standards, and the crew met and exceeded our expectations! We now have a guest bathroom that looks so much larger and bright, with a vintage feel; and our primary bath features a slightly larger shower, enabled by the slight movement of a wall shared with the other bathroom. This, combined with heated floors and additional lighting make these spaces a joy to use and be in. The crew at Forty One do not shy away from detail and quality. They’re thoughtful and thorough in working out detail in estimates, and on-site they take good care of the space, tidying up after each day. We have a kitchen to remodel at some point, and we plan to call Forty One first!

I highly recommend Forty One Construction. We used them for a bathroom remodel. During our first meeting, they really listened to what we wanted. We had a good number of people come out and do their pitch and price, but some didn’t even ask us what we really wanted and/or only provided “cookie cutter” options. Their price was fair, and they listed everything out. This excellent and upfront communication continued throughout the project. Their project manager was incredibly patient with me as I was very overwhelmed picking out options with him in the store. He kept asking me questions and finding samples for me until we had it figured out. All workers were polite, mindful of our living areas, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. I changed my mind three times once the project was underway, which I don’t recommend, but this was met with realistic expectations about time and budget and a willingness from them. I appreciate that flexibility so that I could have the outcome I didn’t know I really wanted until we got going. When issues did arrive they were swift to correct or point out where I misunderstood - all handled professionally and with kindness. We love our new bathroom, and I would/will use them again in the future.

Daniel and Felipe are great to work with and their employees are extremely skilled. Highly recommend and I will be using them again for projects in the future.
