They were on time and worked efficiently. Explained clearly what had been done to correct a potential problem and told me what to watch for in case it actually becomes a problem. Good, friendly service.

Air Conditioner outdoor fan stop running Memorial Day weekend, called 4 area companies and the only one to call back was Fosters. Scott was in and out replacing a bad capacitor unit. Was so thankful for him getting back to us when the temperture was over 90 degrees. He was professional and would recommend Fosters to everyone! Used my 5% off coupon from Angies List! Thanks Scott!

It went wonderfully!! The technician never brought up replacement, even though the unit was around 10 years old, instead offered a couple of other options. A piece of the unit was replaced and it worked beautifully after that! They are wonderful, kind, and honest people!

Amazing. They were able to identify the problem quickly, resolve it, explain to me what was wrong and how they fixed it, and give me tips to avoid the problem in the future. She was also friendly, and patient with my 5 year old son, who likes to get in the middle of things.

In order to be fair, I would have to break my review down between sales and installation. The installation portion was phenominal! Punctual, kind, professional and we are more than pleased with the service we received. However, we nearly declined their estimate because of my experience with the salesman. He completely missed our first appointment after I had gone into work late in order to meet him. After waiting fifteen minutes, I called him and he told me he couldn't read his own handwriting, was still at the office and asked if he could reschedule, which meant I had to miss more work. The second time we had an appointment he was a few minutes late, but took a fifteen minute personal phone call in the middle of our appointment. I excused myself so that he could have some privacy and thought the entire situation was extremely unprofessional. We had previously used Foster's for service and were always pleased so we ended up going with them purely on our previous experiences with their service.
