Chris Foster and Zack did a wonderful job installing the glass tile for the kitchen backsplash. The work they performed was precise; and they paid very close attention to the details. Chris was very attentive and responsive to our questions both before and during the installation process. He met and actually exceeded our expectations completing the tile installation. We have received many compliments on our new kitchen backsplash! Thanks, Chris & Zack!

All was great! Despite a scheduling snafu, Chris was more than willing to work with me to make up for it. Worked fast, efficiently and it turned out better than I could have imagined. He also saved on some material so I am able to return it! Thank you Chris!

Chris did an excellent job with our entryway tile and new fireplace surround. We are currently having him do a bathroom renovation project- demo, installation of shower, new floors and shower tile, vanity installation. Chris is great to work with and I’m recommending him to all my friends and family!

It was done poorly. They said they will come back but they did not. The tile was not sealed. It was a very poor job. We paid $500 and he doesn't even respond. He has not called back. He said he would come back Monday on November but he did not. We need our money back or he needs to come back and fix it.

This was the most amazing home improvement experience we have ever had! Chris and his assistant, Chris were the most professional, punctual, hard working, honest, polite, and proficient contractors we have ever hired! Foster’s price blew the competition away! The tiles on the wall and floor are spaced perfectly and every single on lies flat. Everyone who has seen our new bathroom tells us it is beautiful and feels like a spa! It is and it does. We are going to have them do the master bathroom and install flooring throughout the house next! It was so nice to be have total confidence in their ability and integrity, which took away the stress of having contractors in one’s home. They are truly the best. I highly recommend Foster’s.

The tile removal of the old tile and installation of the new tile job went very well. About 450 sq ft of tile removal and installation. Chris and his crew take great pride in their work and it shows. I purchased the tile and the grout and Chris then removed the old tile and underlayment, purchased and installed the new underlayment, and installed the new tile and grout. The removal of the old tile is unavoidably a noisy and messy work. Very satisfied with the final product, and the pricing for the job was extremely competitive. Chris had previously installed a glass tile backsplash in my kitchen (after removing the previous tile backsplash) so I was already very comfortable with the quality of Chris' work. Would highly recommend Chris and his crew to others, and I will very likely use him again in the future for a master bath remodelling.

I recently completed an upgrade to our master bathroom using Chris Foster and his crew. I could not be happier with the results and with my experience in working with Chris. Here is why I liked Chris: 1. Chris’s desire to please. I was so impressed by the way that Chris and his crew really listened to what we wanted and tried their very best to satisfy us. When I got other quotes I had the feeling with at least one of the other contractors I considered that they were good at what they did but they were going to do it a certain way and give us what they thought was best. With Chris, he asked us on multiple occasions how we wanted this and that done. And he listened. This doesn’t mean he wouldn’t tell us if he thought there were negative ramifications we should consider with that choice but he absolutely made the bathroom what we wanted. When we were unsure he would certainly offer his opinion but he would not force his opinions on us. He kept saying how he wanted us to be happy with it. 2. Chris completed what we asked and didn’t require us to do everything through him. On other bids, they wanted to do the entire bathroom. My husband is capable of doing some of the work (for example, he did all the demo, he installed the toilet and lights, and we did all the painting.) Chris was happy to do the work we needed him to do and charge us accordingly. That helped to save on the total project. 3. Price. Price is important to everyone of course. When we got bids we were not looking necessarily for the cheapest but for someone we felt comfortable with and had a reasonable price. Chris’s price was very reasonable for what was delivered. He gave us many extras that he didn’t charge us for and absolutely didn’t nickel and dime us like other contractors did in the past. He exceeded my expectations in this area. For example, one contractor showed a charge of $500 for a dumpster. There was no similar charge by Chris and he just took away the trash and got rid of it like it was his normal operating procedure. Other contractors charged to help you pick out the tile for the job. Chris met with us at the store and didn’t charge us a thing to offer his input. He picked up our bulky and heavy supplies (like the tile) always free of charge, he took a mirror to a company to be cut for us and brought it back free of charge, the list goes on. 4. Communication. Some contractors are difficult to talk to or short on telling you things. Chris communicates with you every step of the way. 5. Chris’s work ethic. Chris is a hard worker. I have known other contractors that don’t show up but this was not an issue with Chris. Chris even came often on the weekends after double-checking with us that it would be ok. He was very sensitive to our time, as we had a vacation coming up and I know he wanted to finish so that we could focus on getting ready for vacation without the disruption of a renovation. 6. Chris’s desire to make things right. There were a couple of little things that I didn’t quite like the way they were done. I felt comfortable enough with Chris to tell him and he redid them. I think it is important to feel comfortable to ask in the first place and then to have the job done as you would like in the end. Again, this is something that I really liked about Chris. He is very easy to talk to and he very much wants you to be happy with his work. Again, I can’t say enough about Chris and his crew of honest and hard-working staff. I sincerely appreciate his efforts on my awesome new master bath!

Super easy to work with. They were on time every day and did an awesome job on the floors. I also found they were quite reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the work Willie and Chris did for us. I would absolutely hire them again. Below is is summary of our experience: 1. Project - We did a full remodel; new shower with extended wall on one side and all new tile/fixtures, new vanity and countertop, new floors. 2. Estimate - Rigid Tile was 1 of 6 contractors that we had come for an estimate. Willie arrived on time and was professional and friendly. We walked him through our vision of the bathroom as he took detailed notes. What I immediately appreciated was that no matter what our designs were, Willie never said something was too difficult or impossible to construct. My wife and I were grateful for that, as some of the other contractors tried to talk us out of certain design elements. Willie replied with a bid for the job within a few days. The estimate ended up beating 4 the other 5 by several thousand. Rigid Tile also beat the 6th by about one thousand. However we choose Rigid Tile because of their flexibility and willingness to work with our designs, as well as Willie’s friendliness and professionalism. 3. The Job - Our start date was about 6-8 weeks after the estimate. Willie and his team showed up on time for the start date. The job was scheduled for about two weeks. Throughout the process, Willie and his team did excellent work. Willie is always available by phone (seriously, he will pick up about 98% of the time), so it was easy to check in with him and ask/answer questions in real time. Willie made sure that everything was made in accordance with the design my wife and I put together. In particular, the custom tiled shower floor is especially impressive; all the other contractors wanted us to use a prefabricated base that would have been between 2.5-4.5 inches. We were looking for a base to be as flush to the ground as possible without tearing too much into the subfloor. Willie successfully did a 1.6 inch shower curb which we are thrilled about. 4. Overall - my wife and I highly recommend Rigid Tile; they don’t consider the job finished until you are 100% satisfied. We are absolutely amazed by our new shower/bathroom. Willie and Chris are highly skilled and just genuinely nice guys. In fact, Willie helped me patch a whole in our drywall (that was unrelated to our project) and fixed some issues with our front door (without us even asking).

Chris and Willie did an amazing job! We love our new bathroom. They did a beautiful job tiling the new shower and floor and installing our vanity, mirror and light fixture. We appreciate how conscious they were about keeping everything clean. I highly recommend them.

Job went fine. Chris and Willie were professional and easy to work with. Was very satisfied with the experience and hired them to also do my other bathroom which went as well as the first one. Will gladly recommend them to any party needing to have work done.

Very well. I had several estimates done and everyone else wanted to nickel and dime me on moving the washer and dryer, replacing the toilets, and disposing of materials. Chris charged only for the tiling (we had already purchased the tile and grout) and the supplies needed for the job. His policy is that the toilets had to be removed and replaced to do the tiling anyway so why charge more for installing the new toilets. The washer and dryer just had to be moved a few yards into the garage so again he didn't feel the need to charge extra. The guys did the job in 5 days. It might have been done more quickly but scheduling conflicts and family issues came up which they explained to me and always told me when they would be there to work. The work was done well and they kept a very clean work site. They are very friendly and liked to talk to both me and each other but it didn't interfere with the quality of the work. Extra note: Chris went and bought new connectors and thicker wax rings for our toilet installation just in case we had forgotten them when we purchased our new toilets! The guys also used the minimum number of tiles for the job so I have two boxes I can return for a refund!

It went great. The old tile was taken down and disposed of for us and new tile and plumbing put in. The guys were very professional and very careful not to make a mess in the process. Could not have asked for a better job. It looks great!!

It went very well. The guys were done even before the scheduled end date, and my shower looks like a million bucks. They were here every weekday once the job began, and were always nice to talk to.

The install turned out great! The guys were punctual and professional. Their workmanship was excellent and I highly recommend them.

Rigid Tile was very flexible with me on picking tiles, accents etc.  Helpful in the whole process.  They work quickly and efficiently so that our lives during the remodel weren't inconvenienced.  I did rate their responsiveness as a B because they're so good, they're busy!
