Foundation Restoration

Do not hire these guys...they try to force you to sign a NDA basically so you can't sue them or talk about their company. They have law suits all over!! Josh big bad vet that is their rope in vet owned but first chance at a way to screw you over they will do it. O. Yahoo it's 5 stars because they get every bad review taken down. I'm pulling the fFOIA records and you will be ASTONISHED! IF I could give them less than zero I would. They swindle your money and after that every excuse to screw you over. Do not hire ladies n gents!

I been thinking for a while to post this review or not. And everyone around me and other companies that have come and seen what my problem is, are saying that this company needs to take responsibility. So here it goes.. I had Jeff come out to evaluate my issue with water in my basement that came from AC duct on the wall every time it rains. (Very unusual thing to happen) showed him video. BUT as soon as Jeff saw it, he said oh its your floor drains. They are clogged and water is not draining properly and coming up in the soil thru AC duct. Showed me a diagram how it happens and everything. Said, you change your floor drains (we warranty our work for life) and you will not have this issue ever again. Paid around $10k for this project. First rain happened, water again from AC duct. Called them out, they put a panel and wall to supposedly help. Same issue. Talked to owner Josh. He doesn?t want to take no responsibility. Said we only warranty our floor drains. You must have other problems

I am devastated and sad that Jacob Lemasters and owner Josh Smith took my 14,000 and left me with a crumbling foundation. I am a senior citizen, battling cancer and my mom was in hospice dying as Foundation Restoration was working on my house. I trusted the City inspector to provide oversight of the quality of the work. The company put in braces and anchors as agreed upon but it didn?t fix the problem and actually made it worse. I asked that the foundation be restored to a safe condition. The fact that they did not do that and is using the excuse that they did what we contractually agreed upon, is heartbreaking. It also totally ignores the fact that they did not solve the problems.

Very professional estimator, Pete K. Very thorough with detailed proposal to address our needs. Installers lead by Nick did a great job redoing the less than satisfactory job previous home owner had local contractor do. Highly recommend.
