Fournett Repairs

Set up appointment for last week on Monday, but vendor never showed up due to personal issues. Spoke with personally and he stated he would be able to come by, but did not make it for whatever reasons and did not receive a phone call to reschedule or anything. The $59 was paid last month and I would rather that be refunded.

My dryer still does not work, and I have called him twice with no answer.

I followed his instructions and it is working just like he said it would. The bottom freezer door was not closing properly which caused the refrigerator to not go through the complete defrost cycle which lead to the machine freezing up and not cooling properly. The refrigerator is running perfectly, I have ice once again.

When I called, Mr. Fournett, I told him that as my dryer was old and that I didn't want to spend a lot of money for repairs, but was willing to pay for a minor fix. He asked me for a description of the problem (a high-pitched squealing) and the make and model of the dryer and said he would do a little research and get back to me shortly. He did just that, telling me he believed the problem was a bearing and how much that part and the service would cost to replace it. I had called late on a Saturday afternoon and he was willing to come out Monday, however I had a conflict at that time. We made the appointment for Tuesday afternoon. On that day, he arrived promptly; easily pulled the dryer from its rather tight spot perched atop of the washer in a pantry; showed me the problem with the old bearing, comparing it to the new; and replaced it and put the dryer back in place within a minimal amount of time and with no fuss. I think the whole process took less than an hour. Mr. Fournett was very pleasant and professional and his diagnosis and estimate were spot-on. I will definitely be calling on Mr. Fournett and recommending him to friends in the future.

The technician added me to his busy day to accomodate my schedule and arrived 530pm. He quickly identified the problem and repaired my dryer. Did a great job and I believe charged a fair price. Very professional. <br />

He fixed the mechanism on the lid of the washing machine. He insisted that I pay cash for the service. I felt it was unprofessional and the receipt I received did not even say the name of the company.

I called and left a message for Mr. Fournett on a Sunday afternoon. He returned my call within 5 minutes and made an appointment to come the following day (which was a federal holiday). He was very professional, punctual and friendly. Pricing seemed fair and work is guaranteed for 90 days. I highly recommend! <br />

He replaced a part but it broke again. I did not wan't to fix it anymore I wanted a quitter washer this time. <br /> Today we have Part changers that just replace parts that they think is the problem, but that is in most of the trades. The reason I put I would not use him again is I am on the outer most area's that he can run. My house is 30 min. away and I didn't know that. If I did I wouldn't have contacted him. If he was closer I would use him again. <br />
