He knows his work. He was the only one who suggested a separate pad for the hot tub not an add on to existing concrete. His workers did a great job on the pads. He just needs to communicate with his customer a little better.

It is Sept 12 2020...no work done. Several phone calls, he will not return any calls. Sent a certified letter containing the contract and signed where it states to cancel and return the down payment. The letter was received by Mike and signed for on Aug 29th...It is now way past the 10 days the contract states he has to give the money back. Still no word from him. I contacted the BBB and am getting ready to go to small claims court. This is no way to run a business. At this point he has stolen $1000 from me.
Response from Four Seasons Concrete
"Due to the current situation of the pandemic and being deemed non essential company, I wasn't able to start my season like I normally would . Your comments about not speaking to me is a absolutely ridiculous and a outright lie, I have explained to you and your husband that I had several, other clients ahead of you, and I would get to your project, as soon as I can. I have sent you a partial payment of 500.00 . I have contacted the BBB IN THIS REGARD. Also I have explained to you that due to the high demand for concrete for large municipal projects has had a dramatic impact on when I can complete my projects. All of this was explained to you during our phone conversations. I apologize for the delay in completing the patio, but somethings are just out of my control."

Gave them a $500.00 deposit. They kept stalling and never did the work. As of this review, they have not returned the deposit. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and the New York State Attorney General's Office and he keeps stalling saying he needs more time to come up with the money to refund.

He took a deposit of $670 and then has never responded and pretty much stole the money
Response from Four Seasons Concrete
"i have responded and told you you would receive your deposit back in full. i apologized for the delay in getting your project completed. I got a late start due to the covid pandemic and i havent been able to get caught up. So before you call me a thief you should call and discuss the situation further. If the price is a F then why did you choose my company???? Quality F if I didn't perform the work how can quality be an F."

Very badly. Work was started in 3rd week of May and Michael Stroh told me on June 5th that his crew were finishing up the job and I should go to Citizen's Bank to pay in full to his account. I believed him and did what he asked. However, one section of the house path was incomplete, both paths were left unsealed and there is a hole in the concrete due to water dripping where a drain pipe was removed but not cut to size and replaced. Lastly, the electricity to my garage was lost because a wire under the garage path was damaged according to Master Electrician of Sloan, NY. Of course, now I face the cost of repairing that wire source.
Response from Four Seasons Concrete
"[Member Name Removed], I started your project weeks earlier than expected,so your star rating , in my opinion unfair. now let's talk about the electric, whoever did the work did so without a town permit for electrical work, because nowhere in Erie County can you bury a power supply less than 12 inches in the ground that's first and foremost, secondly the the electrical wire HAS TO BE IN CONDUIT PIPE. Next if my company in fact did cut your power to the garage, I would have fixed the problem and charged you accordingly!!! Next, I sent men back to your house, twice to address issues about the sealing of your concrete the concrete was sealed the first time and I resealed, it again to accommodate you and your concerns. Finally I only asked you, to deposite the balance of the contract in my account because,YOU did not notify me that you were paying from a credit card or credit union account I honestly don't remember which at this point, however I could not wait 10-14 days for those monies too clear with my bank. So in the future with your next contractor if you leave a comment please in all fairness be completely honest about all aspects of your project and the details. Your comments about my company is misleading and unfair!!!!!! please correct your rating."

We are so disappointed in the outcome of our driveway. Mike started off as really great and really responsive to our calls. Towards the end when we weren't happy with the results he was less responsive. We paid extra for a beautiful stamped patio, that now has a huge gouge in it from the saw blade as well as spots from the sealant. Our driveway has spots all over from the sealant, it looks terrible, spill marks, spray marks on my house, and uneven saw lines. The apron of the driveway is uneven. One side tapers in while the other flares out. There is a chunk of concrete missing from my sidewalk and scrape marks on some areas. They drew lines on my house with a sharpie marker that are still visible. They never back filled any soil and they left tools on my front lawn for 2 weeks. Some parts of the driveway, where the saw cuttings end are already cracking and it has only been 3 months. My husband and I are sick about the whole situation and unfortunately were unable to get any resolution. At the same time, his crew was redoing my neighbors driveway as well; he is also extremely disappointed in the outcome.
Response from Four Seasons Concrete
"this is very unfortunate that this customer feels this way the driveway is of poor quality, if fact the driveway looks fantastic . their concern about the driveway was during the curing process, it was poured in august the driveway was exposed too sun most of the day, however there where areas of shade and was curing differently. I addressed this issues like I was do with my customers. I have not heard back from this customer good or bad. yes it was unfortunate that my saw blade became loose and yes it caused a uneven cut and yes it chipped a 2 inch piece of concrete. it is a color and stamped patio, making a repair very difficult and would not blend with the rest of the 600sq. ft patio. that also was explained. All the work performed was with the up most quality and professionalism. I showcase this job to potential clients all the time, that's how nice the driveway and patio looks."
