Four Seasons Design Build

It went great. Owner, Ken Hewitt, was friendly, clear and helpful. The project was finished in very good time, and the work crews were all professional and friendly.

Ken has an amazing team working with him. The workers were professional, considerate, and extremely hardworking. The quality of the final kitchen product is absolutely beautiful. Ken's team was adaptable to the unforeseeable construction issues that came up along the way. Initially I was truly concerned that the project was going to fall apart, but Ken was very calm and was able to fulfill our vision, keeping the project on track. Ken never rushed our planning (picking out cabinets, fixtures, colors, etc). Once the materials arrived the workers were on site sometimes longer than 10 hours a day for nearly 2 months. During the final stages of the project, we were able to work with Ken's business partner Mauricio. Both Ken and Mauricio are a pleasure to work with. My favorite part of the kitchen is the beautiful hardwood floor that Mauricio put in accenting the honey oak cabinets. It was communicated to me that the unforeseeable structural issues (previous architect) caused us to go over budget. Ken and Mauricio knew our financial situation was constrained and worked with us. From what I am told, Mauricio typically does not work on jobs, as a partner, but jumped in to save costs. That is how dedicated these owners are to their business and their clients.

It went very well, they did permits, drawings, everything. They were excellent, two guys put a deck over two days. 16 x10 deck. They were very thorough. They did a very professional job. I've recommended him to several others.

The work was just great and Four Seasons did not go over budget. Everything was of a very high quality. Ken's crew is really hard working. They would often arrive before daylight -- Ken, too -- and work until after dark. They were always willing to address any concerns I had. Everything promised in the contract was done. The quality was great. They are very careful workers. The finish was very impressive. The work included clearing the space, building the foundation and cement floor, constructing the garage, and building a cement driveway.

Everything was accomplished in a timely manner and we love the attention to detail. Our new living area and open floor plan was built exactly according to our plan. Four Seasons worked with us to suggest the best materials and even met personally with us at several suppliers stores. I highly recommend them for your next project.
