Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Sewer & Electric began as a father-son business operating out of a Chicago garage in 1971. They went from home to home repairing furnaces and air conditioners with the goal of offering their customers honest and competent service. No extra charge for 24 hour emergency service. To this day, Four Seasons still isn't charging for emergencies, nights, weekends, or holidays. Our technicians are still providing the same kind of friendly, local service. Best of all, we are now available to serve neighborhoods all across Chicagoland with 600 trucks on the road. What started as two people with a shared belief — that homeowners deserve straight answers and fair pricing — has grown into one of the most trusted home services companies in the Chicago area. When something goes wrong with your home, you shouldn't have to worry about who you're letting through the door. With Four Seasons, you never do.

Drain Clog or Blockage - Clear
I called Four Seasons HVAC to schedule service for a clogged sink drain and specifically mentioned the $83 drain cleaning coupon on their website when booking. The technician cleared the drain in about 30 minutes, but I was billed $448. After I posted a negative review, the company contacted me and admitted the coupon was ambiguous, saying they were working to clarify it. Despite that, they still refused to honor the advertised price?and the same coupon remains on their website. They also asked if I would change my review if we reached a resolution. I won't be pressured into removing an honest review while they continue advertising a misleading offer. (See attached image showcasing a shower drain which would NOT be included in the $83 deal). This felt like a bait-and-switch. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that honors its advertised pricing. Many others offer legitimate $99 drain cleaning specials without surprise charges. Buyer beware.

Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Install - For Business
I called four seasons because my air-conditioning wasn?t working right. The guy gave me a quote of 1995. I went somewhere else and they told me it was just a loose valve they fixed it. They put 1 pound of Freon and they charge me $80 what a big difference

Tech came out, did not diagnose properly, told me I will need all new parts and it would cost thousands. He would not honor the manufacturer's 5 year parts warranty because he did not install it. Lansing Heating & Air came out, just topped off the refrigerant on my AC and resolved the issue promptly. I essentially paid Four Seasons to come out and tell me my AC was not working (no shit Sherlock). I also overheard him with the other techs laughing at their customers. Do not use if you want to get screwed over. Very dishonest

This was the worst experience of my life !! They charged me over 11000 and left without any working AC in 100 degree heat. They installed the unit and it did not work so they left and went home !! Please tell all your friends to run as fast as they can from this horrible company!! The worst experience EVER !!

Ducts & Vents - Install or Replace
Their AI chatbots messed up our scheduling, address, and project specifications, multiple times. The customer service was fine from the actual agents on the phone once I was able to reach someone, and also from the technician who came out, but they tried to fleece the owner into paying $21K in services to basically replace everything when all we ever wanted was annual maintenance and to fix a register. We went with a different company who is addressing all our complaints for less than $1K.

Worker was fine. But I may not stay on as a customer, though I have used Four Seasons for over a decade. When I wanted to ask questions before making an appointment, the automated phone system would not let me. The A-I did not answer my questions. It gave me misleading information. And now you are bothering me with six digit codes. This is a nuisance. And to not let me talk to a person was an insult. I have always valued your service; the men have always been competent. I do not like the " hard sell" for upgrades, but the man who came just explained without any pressure. But if I am blocked from talking to a person who understands my questions and answers them, then your company undermines itself and destroys customer confidence. Please consider this seriously.
