Chase was wonderful! Very cordial and professional. Did not try to oversell and was realistic with his recommendations and guidance. We had originally gone to a different big name company that tried to find thousands of dollars worth of repairs needed. It felt odd given prior HVAC companies had always said our system looked great so we wanted a second opinion. So happy we connected with Chase and couldn’t be happier with the service and reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Chase from NorthWind Hearing and Air, did a wonderful job cleaning out our dryer vent. He brought a lot of lint and dog hair out. Very easy process for our peace of mind. He is friendly and timely. We will always call this company when we need our systems tuned Highly recommend
