Scott and Larry are doing a great job! Both of them are very detail oriented and a joy to work with. Darrell, the owner, has gone over and above the call of duty to make sure I get what I want. They are all very professional. Scott really knows his stuff. He explains things to me and gives my options for each decision we have had to make. He is wonderful!! Even my shy cat comes out of hiding to see her Uncle Scott!

It took about 5 months to come and begin project. I was asked for $1,000 in the beginning to purchase materials. 95% of the job has been completed since May 16 when I was asked to pay the job in full. The existing fence was to be shored up and the remaining driveway fence has yet to be stained. I have left two messages one on June 13th and another on June 18th with no response at all. AlsoCome on Randall Mabe, or is it Darrell Purtle, I really didn't want to have to do this review. I will update this review upon completion.

They did an excellent job. They are not completely finished. They've completed about 95% of it. They built a fence. They built outside basement steps. They did some repair work, repairing some broken shelves in the basement, repairing a broken window seal, repairing the front door latch. I kept them busy. The workmanship was excellent. He tried very hard to get very quality material at the best price. So I was well pleased with that. They were timely. They came when they said they'd come and I appreciate that. I got a second estimate just in good diligence. They were about $200 of each other which wouldn't have swayed me on the big picture. I feel like I got a good price. I wouldn't call anyone else.

Work started in June of 2013. Was promised work would be finished between 2-3 weeks. Work was finished in about 4 months! Horrible work done on drywall and painting. I can still see the tape under the paint on the walls and on the ceiling. Cheapest materials were used for trim and doors. Workers were constantly late. Had to have them come back to remove trash that was hidden behind the walls that was discovered by another electrician!!! Biggest regret was hiring them. I walk into that room everyday and see all the errors. Their workmanship is not of quality and does not come close to matching the rest of the house. Only thing is that they did try to come back and fix things. They just hired low quality workers from the beginning and it's hard to fix errors once they are done.
I hired them thinking the job would be done better. They never worked with a full crew, workers came at different times instead of knocking the job out at one time. Had to pay extra for the windows. I was not pleased with the work provided.

We hired this contractor to build a roof over our deck in preparation for screening. The job was slightly delayed due to a prior commitment with another customer, but we were notified. Once the job began work continued daily until the job was finished. They also cleaned up after themselves. The carpenter, Paras did a fantastic job. He was very professional and easy to work with. In fact, everyone we dealt with was easy to work with, and honest. Surprisingly, they came back out to assess the new roof following several days of heavy rain...this was two weeks after they had finished. I would recommend this company.
It went well. They cleaned up after themselves and finished on time. Came back for touch ups and are a very professional service.

When I first met the contractor I was 'guaranteed' the reliability of the work. I was told I would be given a written estimate and that the work would be completed. (I never received this, I had mentioned it and was told that it would be sent to me, but this never happened). One of the contractor's workers arrived to perform the work. The work was completed. Following the next rain, the leak persisted. I called the contractor about this and the worker returned, to do some 'patch up work' which involved siliconing/caulking some gaps in his previous work (he had to patch this up because the caulking he used the first time was washed away when it rained some days later!)The leak continued. Due to the weather, the contractor had a legitimate excuse to not come and repair this, however, I made it clear to him that I would like for him to return once the weather cleared so that he could assess the work that was done. This never happened and contacting him was a constant game of phone tag. He would pretend that the problem was fixed, and act as if he were surprised every time I called him about this. This was all within 2-3 months of the original work. The contractor always had some excuse about why he cannot come out or why the leak continued leak is not a result of his supposedly 'guaranteed' work. I have only received a receipt from this contractor which says nothing of this sort, and I only received the receipt after repeated calls to him and his office some MONTHS after the work was completed. At the very least this contractor has exhibited unprofessionalism and incompetence. You will be told one thing and the the contractor's actions will not follow suit. After the work I had three other contractors come to give me estimates on this and other work. When they saw the work that had been completed by Four Seasons, all three of these other separate contractors commented on the poor quality of the repair made by Four Seasons. My advice - take you business elsewhere.

It took a little longer than expected, due to the worker getting ill. I was very happy with the end product. When I called Darryl came out and gave me an estimate. I changed some of what I wanted between the estimate and the actual work and I supplied the paint which he had included in his estimate. It was supposed to take 3 days and it actually took a week and a half overall. Danny worked on it for 3 days and there were some minor problems and I wanted the doors painted. Danny was ill and couldn't come back. After waiting 2 days for him to recover they sent someone else to finish up. Overall it came to a little more than I expected, but it's hard to compare the estimate to the finished price, since I supplied the paint and asked them to do more than was included in the original estimate.
