One Time Interior House Cleaning
Cleaning went well. I didn't notice the damage until the cleaners left. I called the office immediately after they left and reported the damage. The supervisor returned and documented/took pictures of the damage. She said the owner was out of town. I received a phone call from the office and was told the owner was out of town and would not be able to come see the damage until January.

"We try to manage the matter timely and professionally.No cause of the mark could be identified, and no evidence connects it to our cleaning process. The floors showed prior wear, and the mark does not match any of our equipment. After consulting flooring professionals, we attempted recommended remedies and offered a localized treatment, which the client accepted. Walls & Ceilings Cleaning Service
Four Seasons took on this job when they did not have the expertise to do it.
There were streaks on the ceiling from our wood stove. I hired them to wash down the ceiling and the other woodwork in the room. The ceiling was a smeared and blotchy mess when they left. I think that they tried to wash it, but I am not sure. Our painter later took a baby wipe, rubbed it over the streaks on the ceiling, and the soot which the "cleaners" left came
off with just a swipe. The photos attached show how the area looked after the cleaners had left.

We used Four Seasons for over a year, and for a long time the quality of the work was satisfactory, but the quality declined to a point where we had to stop using them.

"We take pride on our work. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, we will give you a partial credit or reclean your house to your satisfaction. With this trying times, we had a lot of staff challenges during Covid-19 as everyone else. We have definitely implemented a better training and hiring system and are confident that our new hires are delivering a lot better results."

I was thrilled with Four Seasons and will certainly be working with them for ongoing services. They arrived exactly on time and were even flexible with where they started in the house, as both me and my wife work from home. The team who came to my house have clearly worked together before as they were very coordinated and moved through the house efficiently. Everything was excellent all the way around!
