Guy Fox, the owner of Fox Air was at my house within 2 hours of calling him. He arrived and informed me that my drain line was backed up. He worked his magic and now I the house is cooling properly. He walked me through the whole process and was professional and very knowledgeable. He also offers maintenance contracts, which I am so glad I got. He was never pushy and was a delight.
