Lack of communications and didn't want to fixed what they break.

"This customer complains about everyone that has ever done work for her. She started telling us about all the bad experiences half way through the job. At that point we knew it would not end well. We did everything that she wanted and more, but it is no surprise she has complained. She was satisfied with the work and the outcome when we left."
