It took over a month to get them to come out and cut down one tree from the original estimate visit The actual process once they came was fine..

They did excellent work. They had a fair price. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and a little more. They cleaned up behind themselves, did a beautiful job and worked well together. They have a great team and I would highly recommend them.

They did an excellent job and removed all of the limbs from the property once completed-Stewart Roberts was a pleasure to work with and I would hire again.

I contacted the company via email on a Friday. By Monday afternoon, Stewart Roberts was at my house and gave me an estimate. He had brought all the equipment with him that he needed, and within one hour my tree was gone. The tree debris was hauled away,and the lawn and street were cleaned. Two days later, as promised, the stump was removed. Again, the company did an excellent job of cleaning the lawn and the street. Stewart was wonderful to work with. He also gave me advice on how to care for my other trees and what tree I should plant for a replacement for the one I lost. It was just a great experience. Stewart is great to work with. I recommend this company.

Came over and cut down a huge tree and mulched the stump.  Collected payment and it was $100 more than quoted.  We went out of town and he stopped by several times until we got back.  He had realized he overcharged us and wanted to make sure we got back the $100.  Very nice man!!! <br />

It was fine. I thought it was a little high price to do that. They did fine on the work. It was a little pricey.

Very knowledgable. Took the time to walk me around and explain each tree as well as how to be aware of any potential issues. Will be using them in the future for sure! <br />

The weather caused delay but was worth the wait... <br /> <br />

I purchased an Angie's List deal for $199 for $400 of tree services.  They came out and gave me an estimate and said it would cost another $200 so I ended up paying $399 for the three trees to be pruned.  It took a couple of months before they finally came out and did the work.  They did do a good job but I was disappointed with the increased cost and timeframe it took for them to do the work. <br />

<p>Frady Tree Service offered an Angie's List coupon which we purchased and then received contact from Frady. They informed us of their work volume and expected time to start work asking to confirm if that was acceptable, which it was. </p> <p>The first visit including looking at the yard and identifying all suggested work and then offering a suggested priority for the budget. </p> <p>Upon arrival the crew noted a few other items and suggested a few additional small work items given the crew was in place and we agreed. </p> <p>They  completed the same day and cleaned up all debris. We were very satisfied with their work, would use them again as well recommend them.</p> <p>This review is being placed quite some time after the work only as it was easy to dismiss the reminder in the Angie's List app. The one advantage of being late is that we have seen the impact of that work 1.5 - 2 years later and the trees still look great with no unusual growth patterns. </p> <br />
