service agent very nice and efficient. Motor for ac Swamp cooler was 189.00 which was way overpriced (I researched) and not happy about that...but thats the way it goes when its 118 degree outside. They get you every time, He offered no senior discount or break in this time of need.

I am very pleased with the service I received from FRAGUZ Air Conditioning, recently. I had multiple issues at my own home and at a rental, and their customer service was very responsive and courteous each time I called. Their response time was the BEST! I received service within 24 hours of each call and it was usually the same day. I used them 3 times within one week. I was very grateful for their quick response, because the temperatures here were over 110'! I like that it is a family business and Rosa, Frank and Frankie are a great team.
