I have been so happy with Francis since she started cleaning our home 2 years ago. She does a thorough job and pays attention to even the smallest of details. When she leaves everything is sparkling clean and smells wonderful. Francis is excellent and I highly recommend her.

Francis is not someone you can rely on which I have valid proof of which I am happy to provide. She has no concept of time commitment or scheduling with no follow updates if she is running late with poor excuses. She made me have to wait on the cleaning date to finally get a real-time of cleaning which is unacceptable. She obviously doesn't consider any of her client's time. She only cleaned my house once and bailed the second cleaning scheduled and block me from my phone when asking what had changed and tried to call her out to understand. She is not a good person to work with if she treats her customer like that. And scheduling with her will make you feel live in a twilight zone episode. I wouldn't surprise if she changes her cleaning company name after this review so please beware.

They did Awesome! Francic responded to my quote request withing 12 min. She is a hard working, "go getter"kind, of person. These ladies came to my home and did a very thorough cleaning from stem to sturn. I'm having them return in 2 weeks for another round. Thank you Francic!! ?
