Francisco Lawn Service and Landscaping

Started out great, they came out the same day i called for an estimate. It rained a lot in June so the start date was a little iffy. I am the one who had to contact them about another date. When they came out to do the work, they removed the original grass from the yard, then proceeded to tay down the sod. Not knowing the details of laying sod I thought everything went okay. I was instructed to water the sod twice daily heavily. After a couple of weeks I noticed the brown spots on my lawn in several areas of my lawn, thinking I may have had an issue with grubs, i treated the lawn for grubs. the brown patches which i learned were dead. I called and explained my situation to Francisco, he eventually came out and said the patched of grass that were dying was from not being watered, which I disagreed with. I could go and pull up all the sod pieces. nothing was taking root. My neighbor informed me that the soil should have been tilled because the sod was laid on just the clay. Francisco swore he did it right without tilling. He asked for 3 more weeks which I reluctantly agreed to and the only things that grew were weed. The few Patches of grass I have left has not grown and they can still be pulled up. Trying to get in touch with Francisco was difficult and there was contact made he would not show up or call. sometimes it was due to rain, he finally came out and saw what I was dealing with and all he did was pull the weeds. then it ed too hot to redo, family emergency and i had to call him from another number to get hm to answer. Now he wants to redo my entire lawn the correct way. I told him I didn't want him to do anything more to my yard because I could not trust him. I asked him for a partial refund but evidently he gave one of his partners half of the money and the is now in California, I reminded him the check was made out to him. Yet he wants to redo my whole yard to include tilling, dirt and all new sod. Still don' trust him and I am planing to take him to small claims court. I read all of his reviews and realize this may have been a fluke, but after nearly 3 months I am fed up. I will not recommend him to anyone.

Our lawn needed a spring seeding and a fresh layer of top soil. Francisco did a great job! He was punctual, knowledgeable bout the work, and accommodating with scheduling the work in the same week. He showed up on time, got right to work, and even cleaned up some leaves and yard waste while completing the work. I will definitely call them again for future work!

Team was just amazing. Worked performed was A++. So good I’m going to hire to restore my bay window and walkway. They can do just about anything! Great and reliable work at an affordable price is so so hard to find—but I did find it in Francisco Lawn Service—they have a team that can do any work you need done. Thanks Guys

They came out the same day I contacted them to provide an estimate. They did the work the following day. My yard looks beautiful! They even did an extra bed for me, cut back some bushes and blew some leaves to the corner of the yard. We even decided to use them for our biweekly grass maintenance.

I have a large yard with several mulch beds that I have serviced every Spring. Prior contractors have done a mediocre job, but they usually skimped on the amount of mulch and only used a weedwhacker on weeds instead of pulling them by hand (one just used Roundup). This was not the case with Francisco Lawn Service and Landscaping. The work they did was excellent and my yard has never looked better. They put down 3" of mulch in all spots and pulled the weeds by hand. They were also very responsive by phone, provided an estimate within 2 days of my request, and the work was done within a week. I would give them an A+ rating if it was available and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Francisco and his helper did a great job with all of it. They even put in an extra bed for me. I could not have been more pleased. Their price was reasonable and their work was excellent. Hugo was great at organizing and communicating with me. I highly recommend them and have decided that I will definitely use them on a regular basis moving forward. They were 30% less than the other bids I got. ????

Excellent! Francisco came-out within 2 hours immediately following a windstorm and re positioned 3, 25 foot, arborvitae trees.
