Indoor lighting: he was unable to repair. Electric gates: he was unable to repair. Nevertheless, we received a substantial bill. His was a dis-service rather than a service.

Excellent, prompt service at a GREAT price. Francis is a hidden gem in the Cape Girardeau/Jackson area.

Mr Ivanovich was very quick to reply back and worked **** ** fixing the problem. He was very prompt to get to the house. It was even a Sunday! The house still had a second episode where it was having an issue and he made it priority to get back to the house and fix the problem at no additional charge. We are very pleased with his work and will tell anyone who needs an electrician to give him a call. We will also use his services again if we have any electrical problems.

The whole process went very smoothly. I contacted Mr. Ivanovich for an estimate. He scheduled everything around my schedule. He had good idea's on how to brighten up the rooms, and he understood what I needed. He was very professional, polite, and did not mind the animals in the house. Day of the install, he got to work right way, and did not stop until he was finished. He worked right through the lunch. He even swept up some of the ceiling dust that fell when he cut the holes for the fixtures in the living room. All the work he did looks wonderful. He even let me know about some of the things he saw in the attic he thought we should know about, good and bad. <br />
